My guess on the damage cap of 32767 is that the game's damage is coded in 16 bit, making the range of damage values go from -32768 to 32767, where I would think negative numbers are healing points. FYI, the number of bits can represent 2^(bit number) values. 2^16 = 65 536. Also, in most numerical applications such as arduino codes, 16 bits always represents a 0 and when there are negatives, it starts at -2^(bit number-1), thus making the range I talked about.

Outside of throwers Nani is the only brawler you can manually aim your shots shorter than max range at any point of you aiming her shot. Janet can do something similar but it's not the same, once she hit max range you can't manually change her range without shooting or moving your hand away from the shot button.

My theory is that Griff, Mr P, Buzz, and Doug (upcoming brawler) used to be humans in costumes, but through whatever happened at Starr Park, they became fused with their costumes. Which would explain why Buzz, Doug, and Mr P have been shown to have moving jaws and tongues. (And yes, in this theory Griff was fused to the cash register, probably due to his own greed)
