To say something like that is unrealistic. There are alot of scenarios related to marriages failing. And the blame shouldn't be placed just on one person. Did you ever think that people sometimes realize they may not be as compatible as they thought they were? Or that sometimes people just change their minds or want to go another direction? Serial monogamy. I have a friend who haas been married 3 times while her current husband has been married four. So between them Seven marriages. Personally, the idea of the solemnity of marriage scares me. I am 72 and have shied away because the men of my generation are far too control frieky. No one is going to tell me what I can and cannot do. Just me. All of these men are of that age group. I will comment on Paul McCartney. Apparently, men in particular, who have been happy in marriage, on losing his partner, will want to re-establish that relationship. Heather clearly was a gold digger. I hope his current wife is a success. But, he wants to continue the warm relationship he has found in marriage and I applaud him. He is such an obvious positive person.
