1-time se Sona aur uthana. 2-morning meditation and yoga karna . 3-per day 45-1hr exercise karna. 4-per day ek motivational autobiography,ya koi special knowledge book padhna. 5,-sugar control. 6-time management,karna mob se time waste na karna. 7-par day ki task , commitment ko pura karne ka har sambhav prayas karna,. 8-no waste money for exatra or without important thing. 9-saving habbit create. 10- my hobby is reading book, mythology,and writing self thinking,so I do this now. 11-mindful spending.roj apne kharcho ka hisab rakhna. 12-agle 30 days no shopping without important thing,. 13-roj mobile par no time waste.saving time ,and manage time. 14-i m already become a morning person.15-har din Mai 30 days Tak apne sapno ko ,jo Mai kuch writings karna chahti hun aur nhi kar pati ,ise karungi. 16- Mai roj sone se pahle universe ko god ko gratitude karti hun। Mai roj morning me subah uthati hun , meditation,karti hun,yaga karti hun, exercise karti hun,isme mere 2HR jate h uske bad mai bathing,fir Pooja ,fir chai ya kuch quatha banati hun।fir study karti hun। Sir sab kuch thik karti hun but mai roj chahti hun ki mai 12-14 HR study Karu wo nhi kar pati hun।baki aapke bataye sare task lagbhag karti hun। Roj money spend dairy bhi likhti hun agar spend hue ho to ,ha Mai content create karna chahti hun yahi nhi kar pa rhi ,suruat nhi samajh aa rha h
