Great video as always, but The last suggestion, I think if they allowed this, it would make the game unequal, like Legend facing Silver. This will make it difficult for Silver or someone just started the game to advance.

I agree, in order for it to work properly; you should only get matched with players outside of your ranked bracket in lobbies when you are on a team with players of that rank. So basically the highest rank on that team will dictate what lobbies the team goes into it. But if your playing on a team or similar rank or match making with Random’s , the player should stay within their proper rank bracket for their matches. Otherwise it would cause issues like you mentioned. I def don’t want to see silvers getting in legend lobbies they didn’t ask for 😭

Regarding TPP. Remember all Netease previous BR were TPP. This didnt get them far and most of their games failed. This is their first FPP game and it blew up compare to there others. considering that. if i am a game developer i would not introduce something that never worked in the past for me and id rather focus on what is working. TPP they would be taking a massive risk.

Regarding the FOV lock this is the BIGGEST misconception I have ever seen with mobile gamers regarding FOV and I am actually completely shocked that no big mobile codm/any other mobile fps youtuber has actually explained this properly yet so here goes: The FOV Slider in Warzone, Warzone Mobile, and a large chunk of FPS games on PC do NOT work the same way as the FOV sliders on Call of Duty Mobile, Bloodstrike, and many other mobile FPS games. The reasoning for this is not that complicated but may sound like it at first: we will be using Warzone PC and Mobile as the example. So we already know that the value that FOV is meant to represent is a degree or angle right? so 90 fov is *supposed* to signify a 90 degree camera angle field of view and 120 is *supposed* to mean 120 degree camera angle field of view (Note I'm saying supposed because the actual degree of view may be different from the value it is set to depending on the game engine handles FOV but we will not focus too deep on that). The main thing here is that Warzone's FOV slider is for *Horizontal* degrees field of view, while Codm and bloodstrike's FOV slider is for *vertical* degrees field of view. So what does this mean? this means that Warzone's FOV setting is meant to represent the degrees of view you get from the right side of your screen to the left side, while the FOV slider for codm and bloodstrike are ACTUALLY meant to represent the camera's view angle from the top of the screen to down the screen. This is a HUGE difference. This means that the FOV of the two different games alter completely different values. This isn't a bad thing though, since even though the two games' FOV setting alters different values, they essentially can achieve THE SAME RESULT. You can see it for yourself, go to warzone mobile and set your FOV to 90 degrees then go to Codm or Bloodstrike and set your FOV to 90 degrees and take a screenshot of both, and analyze the 2 pictures. If you actually look at the codm and bloodstrike's 90 fov, you can clearly notice the fisheye effect on the left and right side of the screen which is a byproduct of a high horizontal degree FOV. And here's a fun fact after all those I told you: 90 FOV Vertical (codm and bloodstrike's slider) on an Iphone 15 Pro Max is Actually, and drum roll please: 130 FOV Horizontal. Meaning that on an Iphone 15 pro max, the FOV slider of both codm and bloodstrike actually reaches higher values than Warzone mobile and a large chunk of PC fps games. Now you are probably wondering why I mentioned a specific phone model? 2 words: Aspect Ratio. part of the way FOV is calculated is actually involving the aspect ratio (the ratio between the length and width of the screen or monitor). This is the main reason why vertical degrees fov and horizontal degrees FOV is different, but changing one value affects the other so they achieve the same results, just a different value being modified to get to that result. If you want to find out what is the optimal FOV setting you have to use on your device to achieve 120 horizontal fov like in warzone mobile and warzone pc or other pc fps games, go to google and search "Vertical to horizontal fov calculator" and then input the aspect ratio of your device's screen (you can simply google this), and after that type in your target horizontal FOV, and then in the bottom you will see that the vertical fov has also changed; that will be the FOV you have to use on codm/bloodstrike on your device to achieve 120 fov like warzone. Now the final question is why dont they just use horizontal FOV like every other popular fps game on pc? I'll be honest I don't know why either but I am guessing it has something to do with the game engine they are using and probably the built-in fov slider of that engine just utilizes vertical degrees by default and they simply didnt bother changing it.

@@pvtryanmobile also another thing to add, and I think is a big issue with the way fov slider is vertical degrees in codm and bloodstrike, it is very advantageous for mobile phones, but it is detrimental to Ipads and possibly other tablets with the same screen dimensions. why you may ask? it is because Ipad screens' aspect ratio is 4:3, meaning that to achieve a 120 horizontal FOV, you would actually need 105 vertical fov, and here is where the problem starts. Codm's FOV slider only goes up to 90-100 (I dont remember its been a while since i opened the settings), while bloodstrike only goes up to 90. This means that currently Ipads and other tablets with the same screen aspect ratio are stuck with 105 FOV. The solution is for them to either increase the max fov value even further while keeping it at vertical degrees (Easiest fix but wont solve the problem of causing confusion amongst gamers switching to different games) or switch to using horizontal degrees for fov (Probably more complicated fix but it will make everything a lot less complicated since you wont need to use any fov converters to get your ideal horizontal fov)

That’s a great suggestion actually! This is one of the few games I’ve played where you can’t get the battlepass with the ingame currency which means your forced to spend actual money every season for it versus pulling from your gold stash 😭

What is the benefit of buying weapons skins that do not appear to the other person as an enemy or friend? Knowing that I set the graphics to the highest settings and activate the (all weapons) feature, and the same goes for my friends, but they do not see the other person’s skins except when they hold them.

ROS back then had the option to choose different servers you can play in. In every server you had different accounts but you can transfer skins from the other server as long as you use the same fb or email account that you used for the other server accounts. They could implement this if they wouldn't implement a single cross server.

I just tried out the controller support it works but there's some major problem with the input and sensitivity once calibrated it plays okay but it has that call of duty mobile feel no Realism like warzone mobile. I been playing blood strike from its soft launch I got to say one of the biggest problems for me is the the Weapon recoil the Gun kick when firing with any automatic gun no matter what Attachments is used to get the best recoil that gun kick Is bad but Manageable on touch, and combine that gun kick with controller it's very bad. AND they need to had 120FPS

This is true it is locked to those who didn’t buy the strike pass and I think I could have been more clear with my words. There is different views of this I seen in the Mobile community. Some consider skins given away in a Battle Pass to be “free” ones because you didn’t have to do a lucky draw or purchase it directly per se but still it’s locked behind the Battlepass pay wall so it’s technically not free

I think they capped the fps so they could give people on low end devices to have a competing chance at the game, if they uncapped the fps people with low end devices would find hard to play against people who play with high end, so it makes everyone is equal with no advantage and no disadvantage

I don't agree much in the last one just imagine a new user who knows nothing about the game gets matched up against a Legendary Player who basically knows everything about the game now wouldn't that be unfair? Absolutely! I believe the player who made that suggestion was asking for the refresh rate to be increased especially on shutter island because the respawning is so fast that he finds mostly empty boxes when he comes back 😭

My suggest is that : the respawners are too much, i shouldnt have to be killing the same dude 4 5 times in a br. its too much. increase the price of reviving incrimentally or make it so that you have to go to a shop to buy your teammates back. the reviving is too much bro. it just seems like everything is on the losers side. i knock somebody, it takes more bullets to finish that one dude that it took to knock them during that if they are out of reach where you cant finish them they have a self revive. its just too much oppurtunities for people to live. make the game more competitive so if people die it actually matters.

Or requiring a store but then those will become ideal hard points in late game. Both ideas would definitely make the game feel more like a traditional BR

Hopefully, TPP won't be added. the player base will be divided and If a switch button is added to the game, like it is in PUBG or CODM BR, you will be at a disadvantage when playing against someone who is in TPP, forcing you to use TPP until eventually no one will be using FPP.

I have never been in a developers shoes, but I really want this game to succeed so any negativity I do have towards it is because I know it can. I also try to remember codm took YEARS 3 to 4 to bring 90-120 FPS when it was fully capable and it’s still kind of a beta for certain devices so it might be more difficult than I’d think. I do believe their priorities should be towards a lot of these optimizations in this game before kill effects and making pretty skins. That’s one thing that upsets me. Giving a cracker when I’m starving for a buffet.

No.15 isn’t good tho, apex mobile had the same rank lock and we dealed with it, rank lock is good. Helps keeps the balance from noobs and pros, if a new player who has no friends, joins and there’s no rank lock it’ll end up as Farlight where a bronze matches with the Ace or legend. Thanks

Absolutely could. Right now Bloodstrike has excellent match making and you can tell the game is built with FPP in mind. That should totally remain the focus with nothing to upset that ♥️

I understand and I should have been more clear in the video. I definitely do not advocate for open rank matchmaking. I do not mind if a lower rank person whose friends with higher ranked people is allowed to join their team and play in the higher ranked lobbies. That being the only way they could. That would help new experienced players skip the bot lobby phase we all currently have to go too but if that lower rank person queues by himself he should definitely be with his rank.
