You are so right about paper clutter. It built up, and I did not want to do it or deal with it. Because i did not know if I was staying in area or not. I was at an impasse. Well, I moved. And all those papers went into one large garbage bag. In the new place, i tackled everything else but those papers. Finally, after I confronted everything else, it was the last thing. I dreaded it. But I decided to go into the ring come hell or high water and confront. It took me 7 weeks, and many, many bags of shredded paper. It was so mentally and physically exhausting. It was a fight with myself! But as time went on, the fight became easier, lighter, and I was able to see the light at end of tunnel. I even realized I can condense it down to details and have less and less. What a relief, what a load off me. The clarity was so enlightening. I realized I had not done it because of fear. Of what? I dont know. But that fear is gone, lesson learned.

I just cleared out my closet….i just decluttered a whole van load of stuff and took to Goodwill it had toys, books, baby clothes, dishes and clothes. Thanks for your advice and special thoughts.😊I’m planning on retiring this coming May. So I’m really decluttering now. I just moved to a new house this past June… so I pray I’m done going through everything by end of this coming summer. I have lots yet in my garage but I’m working full time so I’m only able to work on my decluttering on my long weekends. I am finishing up my teaching career 3 hours away.😮😅😅

Thankyou for encouraging me. Ive felt for some time God saying its time to lighten your load. Anxiety has kept me from accomplishing. I have begun and I am learning how to and even why Im anxious about tackling it. (Whole elephant) Again thankyou. I have a confession. Gwen, you mentioned Troy had so many socks. I have a glove addiction. Seriously. I counted my my gloves and I have 63 pairs of gloves😮. Should I declutter some probably lol but I use the majority of them. I have a pair to match every jacket and coat. No, I don't have that many jackets and coats... I don't think 🤔 some are work gloves, some are gardening gloves, some are nice and toasty for when I need to tend to the goat and chickens. Some are even fingerless for when I need to answer my cell phone. But yes, I definitely probably should declutter some of my gloves 😂

These are all great tips! I'm on a decluttering binge right now! However, I have a bunch of Bibles that have notes and writing in them that I don't want but don't know what to do with either! I can't throw them away bc who can throw God's Word in the trash?! Help! 🤭

I could never throw away a Bible either. And so many in the world don't have them. There's an organization called Love Packages that accepts bibles and will ship them to people who need them. I pinned the website in the comments. Thank you so much for asking! Your question is a great help!

Take the Bible’s that you don’t want (make sure your name is not in them) to a church and leave them in a pew

When you said you take caffeine tablets , I started drinking coffee only a couple years ago because of just being tired and needing caffeine to stimulate my heart rate that wants to stay in 40s😳😂. Oh and my husband loves fried salmon Patties 😂 and would eat weekly if I would cook 😝 Loved your video! ❤️

When it comes to mugs…do you not have friends over? What do they drink from? Disposable? As a book lover I know what you mean. Have gone through my books to keep the ones that I feel are better for reference. @@SpeakTruthBeKind I have a couple of mugs at the top of the cabinet if we need extras. I don’t keep them with the others because we don’t use them. Just a couple extra is enough for us. Philippians is one of my favorite books of the Bible. 😊💗
