There are publication companies which are providing publication in Scopus Q1,Q2,Q3 and Q4 journals with ISSN number (which I verified on scimago) They are charging 12k to 45k Then what is the difference between a person doing hard work and a person just paying a good amount and getting published in 2-3 days. Please clarify.

Sorry but most of the publication companies are fraud and sometimes they may publish in the journals those are likely be removed and few may get your work published by placing you at specific author position and they may add several other author positions to earn money... In short, publishing by yourself will make yourself to learn a lot of things along with complete credit for your article.. So it's not just a publication but it means a lot if you are doing it yourself

Greetings sir If we search journal in ugc care list group 2 web of science We search in social sciences citation index and the journal name shows but it shows web of science core collection esci is it ugc care?

Dear Nilesh, some UGC Care journals accept papers but do desk reject because they get more papers. Supply is more. Demand is less. Nilesh, do you think this is fair? Should not the concerned journals stop accepting papers if they already have enough in their queue. JME and JIMQUEST are two examples of UGC Care journals that simply reject papers without even looking at them. What are your comments Nilesh on this subject? Please Nilesh. My scholars Chanchal Gupta and Suhasini Monde submitted papers but they were desk rejected Nilesh.

I am sorry to hear that but I know it is absolutely true for many journals… However, even through we know that that it is not ethical to reject any paper without evaluation but still rejecting papers remains in those journals favor… and hence even through I am raising this concern that would be of no use I mean these journals won’t be affected at all…. So please keep trying for other journals… there are many other excellent journals those do not follow any unethical ways at all
