Congratulations on 100! So interesting to see what each of you chose as favorites and why. It really highlighted how knitting is such a reflection of our individual knitting journeys. The Yarnia colorway is so pretty and could become so many projects. For me it would either become matching shorty socks for me and my 6 yr old nephew or a hat and fingerless mitts.

I’ve been on a shrug and mitt kick. I love the shoulder shrugs as an accent. You don’t have to adjust them like a shawl. I loved all your knits. Kathleen, the blanket, Jen the Christmas sweater, and Amanda theAtlaniticus are works of art.

Congrats on 100! I would add the mohair base to hold together with the Tang and the Springtime at Yarnia I already bought during NJWW for a shawl. As Kathleen knows, I was leaving my house on the Wednesday of WW late in the afternoon to sneak out to Yarnia and another store when I looked at my tulips and said to myself I might have to learn how to dye yarn just to make yarn to match those tulips. Then I walked into Yarnia and saw the Tang on display with the Springtime at Yarnia and the Tang was a perfect match for my tulips so I HAD to pick up a skein.

congrats on 100! The lazy Nightshift kits sound really nice, I love the pattern but the gradient is so intimidating. I would knit a Romance (Tricot Designs) in the Yarnia colorway, it would be so squishy and light for spring!

Loved the episode. I think springtime at Yarnia calls out for a simple shawl. I have two in mind Light Weight Hipster by Joji Locatelli or Prairie Hills Shawl by Sarah Schira (Imagined Landscapes). Mind you the Outstranding would be lovely with the perfect contrast! P.S. Hi Kate - Thanks so much! The Marius sweater pattern is a bit of a hunt - it seems that not all the links on the pattern page work... I've added a link in our show notes to the Sherlock Blanket thread within 221B on Ravelry. The patterns are referenced there. I also created individual projects for each of my squares that should like to the patterns where they are available. Hope this helps!
