The henchmen were actually not removed, they just left the island and cane back on the last day of season 6, chapter 2, But during season 7, chapter 2, they were abducted by the mothership, and during the event, they can be seen in the mothership, but sadly, they died when the mothership exploded.

Choppas were vaulted for the start of Season 5. And it wasn’t cash registers that gave loot, it was the safes that are found around the map that give 150 gold. Some gave weapons, etc. Gotta get it right man. :)

I speculate that the purpose of the primal shotgun was to combat against the pump, which is already overpowered. If you got close to someone with a pump you have a chance to beat them. When the primal was nerfed it was a ginormous let down and made the gun a pointless annoying waste of a rare and important shotgun. Not to mention that it's like half the loot pool now.
