I've got 1800W on my shed and I can confirm it won't do much in a UK winter. My Petrol generator will though. Those units are a massive overhead - just leave the panels out all the time and get the benefit of £200 a year off your electricity rather than tuck them away.

Hey you can just use the fuel cube as the main tank for 1 or 2 generators. Well that's probably what I'd do. Just plumb it in as the main tank.
