Can anyone solve my doubt - 73(11) if tax is self assessed in gstr-1 and gstr-3b not filed within 30 days also scn has not been issued yet then will penalty be levied?? As per Vishal sir classes ans is no but some students are saying yes penalty lagegi irrespective of scn in case of self assessed tax. Please reply if anyone can correlate 😇
