Sorry about the Math lessons hehe, but trying to help because this game calculates the wins in a strange way for some to understand. Yes, 15 Heads and then 14 right after was INCREDIBLE WOOHOO! The ER had to take off her cast and we got a new one the next day -- it was too tight and cutting on blood flow to the foot (yikes!)

Hi David. You are correct. In fact, I'll go a step further. Did you know that TO THE LETTER, you're actually supposed to record the outcome of EVERY SINGLE SPIN (any CPA will tell you this is extremely unrealistic). So if you spin for 8 hours at 10 spins per minute say about 5000 spins, you'd have to write down every single spin result (won $10, lost $3, won $11, lost $5) and every single WINNING spin is taxable. Now, if you do that every day, you'll be recording more on paper than you are actually playing. This is why it's BEST to play with your Card so the NET RESULTS (wins/losses) are recorded (I currently show a NET LOSS in 2023). You can then offset your WINS UP TO (not more than) your LOSSES if you ITEMIZE. W2Gs are issued mandatory for anything over $1200 on Slots and $5000 for Poker. However, some casinos will auto-pull taxes and NOT give you a choice for Handpays. Others, will let u just work that out with your CPA in March/April. So try not to assume people aren't paying their taxes. Are you recording every time you win $1 or more or how you keepin track buddy and what do you suggest for those who dont want to use a card? Love to hear your thoughts/advice as not everyone here understands it all. I've been filing my own taxes for decades - it's pretty easy with Turbotax. Best wishes to ya! No offense taken

Yes it’s kind of a phrase gamblers use often when the win is just under $1200 but you know that is misleading so I’m NOT going to use that phrase going forward because anyone new to gambling and taxes could get confused.
