15 Hectares equals 37 Acre's, that is 8,097 Dollars (7,483 EUROs) per Acre. Sorry, I needed to convert the cost per Hectare into unit-of-measurements that I am familiar with. That is a very large piece of land. In fact, that is a small farm really. It was great to see the cattle grazing and being handled by those children, they knew what they were doing. What a pity that so much of the land is barren, from what I could see perhaps 40 or 50% of it has no grass growing. If only it was tilled and re-seeded, it would be so much more productive as grazing land. Those cows have the best views in the World ! That landscape is stunning. My heart loves this property, and my head is thinking about it. Many thanks Evelyne for your excellent presentation of this amazing property.

Hello there is no water source nearby but you can drill a well/ water supply point on the property.
