I'm really fortunate to be able to adjust my schedule at work when I need - what helps with your training?

Great update. I'm not sure I have as much flexibility but I always swim before work starts and then do the rest in the evenings and maybe sneak in a quick lunchtime run. Makes for a late dinner but you gotta do what you gotta do, right. With a 160 k ride and a 3 hour 30k run next day it seems your in a great place training wise. Laughed at the laundry, it's amazing how quickly it piles up. Lol.

I swear I do laundry so much and eat so much! I wanted to get more of that but I was so busy just eating food or cleaning clothes as quickly as I could hahaha

What helps me most is when my hubbie takes the kids to kindergarden in the morning and when he takes care of them on saturdays and when he comes riding along my long runs.... he really is awesome and no way could I do this without his very active support.

That's so wonderful sounds like you've got it really figured out as great teamwork! That's what we can definitely hope to do in the future.
