Surge's hypercharge idea: Beyond Awesome! When surge uses his super after activating hypercharge, he will achieve stage 4: 50% extra health and movement change from fast to super fast until defeat. (Basically his third stage but with more health and movement.) Edit: I forgot surge had a stage 3, not stage 4.

For RT I think use the idea of he's gadget that was removed and adding to it were if you're disconnected you emit an electric current that slow down and deals a small amount of damage and and would reconnecting to the main body generates an electric shock like Jessie for one if Jessie can spawn a hyper turret so why not RT and penny and any Brawler that can spawn, Don't know if this would be strong but it might be useful and to clarify the electric current stays on or maybe flickers
