Another small RE4 detail thats only accessible through a trainer is swapping outfits mid-game. Both Ashley and Leon would make a comment to each other. Asking how they look or complimenting each other. Option to swap outfits in the pause menu was removed from the base game but you can re-enable the option with a trainer or mod

The game is way more detailed than I remembered. When you change radio stations, there's a sound of a button being pressed. In modern cars, the sound is an electronic beep. In older cars, it sounds clunky like an old metal button.

Never heard about that. There's another cool billboard detail in SR2 that I saw recently. Some stores have billboards around the city. If you buy the store, the billboard changes to have a photo of your character with the title NEW OWNER.
