Projectors sell super fast for me. 8mm projectors, 16mm projectors, slide projectors. If they have a working bulb, the price goes way up. Another thing I sell a lot of over the holidays is vintage kitchen stuff. Everyone wants to recreate Grandma's kitchen. I've sold eight Crockpots for $25-50 since right before Thanksgiving. Easy to pick up at yard sales for a couple bucks. Dropped one while I was packing it and broke the inside crock. Listed the plastic lid alone and sold it the next day for $20.

Over half of them I know places to source thousands on a daily basis if you put in the work. A few of them I don’t know, but I know people who have constant supplies and that tells me there are sources I just never cared to sell them to pursue it. You can literally get supplies of anything consistently if you seek out the right person/companies

@@RockstarFlipper East Tennessee is mainly an impoverished area, I have heard that on other podcasts. Estate Sales in the nice areas have literally several hundred people lined up go search through the house. Thrift store prices are way too high usually. I occasionally find something at Walmart or Mercari to flip, Its frustrating to spend a Saturday and finding very little to list.
@LifeAsDane26 күн бұрын
@charlesm9530 I personally believe you can pickup 3-5 items a day at your local goodwill or salvation army. Maybe you need to travel to find the right one of those as donations and quality of merchandise can be highly influenced by the economics around that location. But people walk by items of value every minute. It just takes patience and sticking to your guidelines of what you want to sell and having sourcing routines. listen to ebayers say they bought all these items thrifting for $1/ea that's great for them. But just cause you bought the same item for $5 or $7 doesn't mean it's not a deal.

Thanks for the helpful tips..I’m an Aussie reseller so will definitely keep an eye out for these items but will check the sell through rate on eBay Australia first 😊
@KPOVb9 ай бұрын
The thing is tho… people have caught on, and most items now are overpriced - whether it’s marketplace, second hand shops, pawn shops, thrift stores, even garage sales…people now are hip to the reseller game and most always will look up the selling price online before listing their item - especially for common items like those you covered in the video. So now items are being priced for more than what the item is worth. Finding these amazing deals is really not so easy and straightforward.
@anthonyg.47617 ай бұрын
Then it comes down to timing and a little luck. As a seller I often will accept offers or drop my price during slow periods. There are good deals out there on E Bay but it is business and kind of a game. You want a deal, I want a profit. Both are very possible.
@adessachui77777 ай бұрын
You are right. I found a pig cookie jar at a thrift store and they wanted $32.00 😮 AND it was chipped! I wanted it for my collection. Too expensive for me AND the re-seller. This thrift used to sell them for $10 for the longest time. Nobody wants it for that price.

I have like 200 video games, about 5 are sports titles, the rest are triple A and some rare indy games, most priced under $20 (the rare indys are closer to $100). No movement. Nothing. I cant say Ive sold more than 10 throughput 2023. Not junk titles, I used to work in a gamestop and have been playing games all my life, I know games. I really need to re-evaluate every one of those listings. Im probably gonna take them all down and repost.

I would like for you to speak a bot slower and scroll your eBay screens, etc more slowly. You are offering good info, but it is hard to follow at the fast pace. Thanks
@RockstarFlipper10 ай бұрын
Sorry, I speak at the same pace daily and scroll and haven't ever heard that being an issue until now to be honest. Ill be aware of it, but you can also click settings and slow the video down or pause if you need. thanks for watching

How the heck do you source s MacBook for under $500? Dream on. Everybody is price checking before they sell.
@RockstarFlipper Жыл бұрын
4/5 year old one for under $500. Same way you source anything else, make the offer. People will look it up. Say no. Then get lazy and call you 2 days later. Literally someone watching these comments who buys and sells phones tablets and MacBooks everyday for half what their worth day in and day out. Shoot Pawn shops pay 20%

... And boys and girls do we know why cameras sell well? Because cameras will make you more money than you will ever pay for one. Case in point KZbin creative. As a content creator (old school) and member of a video family, I would/will buy what it takes for the job. Sometimes that's an old one (I'm sure people collect them too).

And this is why the government needs to get involved,I'm a less government type of guy but when you got leeches going to places meant to help the poor to make profit is kind of low life stuff
@hardybuzz359228 күн бұрын
Ever look at what the CEO's of these places make? Very little money goes to the poor. This can be verified. No poor people are harmed in thse selling of these items.
@ogjuggalo467126 күн бұрын
@hardybuzz3592 ceo's of all companies make millions stop, I mean they could close down all their stores and majority of people would starve to death or in the chase of thrift stores not have decent clothes for a decent price or the kids not be able to get decent toys for cheap because some dB resaler buys it all and sales it online, the way society is we need stores but we don't need leechy resalers... keep kissing that a$$ tho he might give you a mustache ride bud
