Pretty legit video Brotha. Nice to see others making TCB vids now. What I like about this is that you actually did a video and listed items others usually don't. Big Props. Hope to see you around in TBC. It's not that the Brilliant Superior oil is cheaper than Superior(TBC Oil) it's actually the opposite. Brilliants cost about 6 times as much as Superior because the casters use them. The only people who use Superiors are Aff Locks and Spriests.

I think one thing worth mentioning in these videos is that the current state of botting and other for-profit farming makes the investing landscape a lot more treacherous. For example righteous orbs might have a low ceiling because of strat bots, ghost mushies seem to be farmed to the extreme, etc

As those 2 aspects will make it so easy to clear content and craft insane gear in TBC. Gold is easy to farm in TBC anyway

Thought I would add a slightly larger investment but I recommend to try stock up on Flask of Distilled Wisdom Recipe - reason being is it's still the best Healing Flask come TBC and it's kinda rare (5% DR from last boss in strat live). I bought one last night for 250g I'll hold on to it till just before P2 in TBC and then sell it. Also since old world flasks are still used come TBC it means Black Lotus still has value so if you see anyone selling lotus really cheap pick it up and hold on to it.

@@DaveTheGamer-detailedguides Sorry Dave seems I should have done a bit more research as I found out you can buy the old flask recipes at different TBC faction vendors (Distilled wisdom recipe sold by Cenarion Expedition) although you do need exalted to buy them so perhaps I'll just learn the recipe instead and craft the actual flask if I can find people dumping Black Lotus on the AH for cheap.

Some bigger ticket items that i think will shoot up in price: 1. Fordrings Compendium of Dragon Slaying - for quel'serrar sword quest, just for the looks of the sword 2. Tome of Polymorph: Turtle - no one will run ZG anymore and people will be making mages for arena, good chance theyll shell out big bucks for this 3. Anything that has to do with the Scepter of the Shifting Sands questline - people will still be wanting to do this if they missed it in classic

Regarding Thorium Ore: If you have it, keep it! Some Gems you get from JC are super expensive and you can get them out of the Ore. Blue Sapphire is worth more than Arcane Crystal on my server currently.

I personally sell before the patch goes live so maybe month before then. Though say I bought a ton of anything for 1g and right now I could sell for 7-10g. I will sel all now and be happy with profit i just want 7x+ ideally and try not to ever think about “what if I waited one more month type of deal”

I have a sneaky suspicion Blizz will release it as fresh to squeeze out as much time from it as possible. Why would they want us blasting into outland with maxed out, wealthy chars and possibly overcoming most of it's major hurdles in a couple of weeks compared to us paying subs for potentially months longer?

Best levelling order, All dungeon and raid loot/mechanics, which items from classic are valuable and can be stockpiled, the cost of full flying to collect before going in along with a whole lot more. The vast majority people didn't have full naxx gear? They didn't want to raid it due to difficulty and TBC release coming up. HUGE advantage now compared to back then.

Been investing and farming everything on the list have 3000 gromblood, 3000 mountain silivage 1200 ghost mushroom 200 large brilliant shard 8000 thorium ore 800 iron ore 400 mithril ore note farming those 2 now iron and mithril, I all the cloth in 3000 up range alot investment to note since alot caster will end up taking up tailoring as well

Here's a big one I figured out today. Engineers will be able to LVL from 300-325 making repairs bots. Other than the fused wiring, they are cheap to make. Guess what can be created once tbc comes in??? Fused wiring!!!. Takes 2 essence of fire to make, which I bought 100's for 25s-1g. I have 5-6 more of these bombshells.... But I can't tell untill I buy up my server ;)

Which encounters will require Restorative Potion? And could leather be a good inbestment? Everyone's going to need it for lw leveling, especially heavy hide is hard to farm and manadatory to have, so already expensive atm

off hand i dont know which encounters all need it. not as many as did in classic but i think 1-2 fights still do. And I believe they nerfed drums so leatherworking wont be as big wouldnt hurt to have extra leather but i dont think it will be as good as it was going to be

IMO large brill's won't be worth much once the bots reach lvl 70, bot prot pallys will solo Strath and pump out large brill's. So I recommend selling in the first few weeks

I have found the hype and stocking up always happens before the release so prices spike. Then after a month or two after the surge the prices drop a lot as market is flooded from people that invested and what not then I rebuy when it’s at the bottom and profit on that margin. That’s at least what I would always do

I guess the main issue is blizzard not being transparent on there path otherwise many of those people wouldnt of wasted time farming so much for no reason. Like I said to me either way works. Fresh will end up like regular after a month of people playing 20 hour days and bots will still be there and casuals will fall far behind again it will repeat itself either way. As a creator fresh is best for me I can see the pros and cons to each side
