Correction: not all Gammoths are female, the guild just doesn’t allow hunters to hunt the males. The males are way more dangerous and due to being in musth like real elephants they would go and flatten the nearest village.

I can think of 2 you missed off the top of my head: first, in the Monster Manual 2 from 3.5 edition of Dungeons & Dragons there was such a thing as a dire elephant, which was roughly in the Oliphant size category. 2nd, the 4 elephants in discworld, supporting disc of said world, each one having roughly one quarter the mass of the earth, which put them at number one on your list.

You didn't add the African Elephant from Baki series because that elephant was massive. So massive that it's foot was at a size as a full grown man and it's tusk was so dangerously sharp that it pieced through a lion. Edit: I want to add that it's massive size dwarfed the African rhino and it's foot alone was able to squash a tank, a freaking tank.

Actually, 35 km tall is bit of too much, except if the Sea is 20-30 Km deep, but that's no way lol, even The Fishman Island was only 10 km deep in sea and Sky Island is 10 Km on sky. But even when the Official source revise his height to be 5 Km it's still really really false and very wrong. Like, the Drum Island Mountains is 5 Km tall, I can't see how Zunesha, whom walking in the middle of Ocean is as tall as Drum Island Mountains. He is definitely should be around 15-20 km max, not 35 km.
