All technique. Too fast. No hesitation. No feeling. NOT Jelly Roll.

What a spiteful comment to leave - with all due respect to subjectivity and musical taste, I’m sure most of us here greatly appreciate Rossano’s wonderful playing who has been in the scene for a long time and is acknowledged by many other great players. To entertain, let’s assume what you said was ‘true’, there would have been many other constructive ways to convey your opinion without being so condescending, in fact, I would wager that this is more a reflection on the commenter’s part as opposed to Mr Sportiello’s playing. To Rossano; keep up the wondeful work, a lot of us appreciate your great playing and to the rude comment, let us hope you find some happiness as opposed to spite.

Three things are certain in life: death, taxes and people complaining about Jelly Roll Morton being played too fast.
