I would add, having it in your youth as well as in old age is a luxury. Many people have to spend their youth studying or applying for a job and they can't get married. Another thing is many people in old simply are either unhealthy or their partners have lost interest in it. It would be blessing if one can have it when they are youthful and let it go waste and also not be starved in their old age.

Most of the stuff from this video are not "luxuries". A luxury is something expensive, glamorous and not very useful/valuable. What you describe here is VERY useful/valuable and not that expensive. For ex. having a body like a bodybuilder is a luxury, but being lean and fit is not. Eating a meal at a restaurant for 200 dollars is a luxury, but eating organic, healthy food is not, etc.

There are no guarantees in this life. Someone can teach the 1st grade for 40 years and love it. If they do, who are you to question what brings them happiness? Teaching first grade for 40 years doesn't make you a bad person or a failure. It is up to an individual to define and decide what success, luxury and happiness looks like for them
