I remember when I lived in Japan for about 3 years, each time I got McDonald's I always got the shrimp burger. I tried other stuff too but that burger was my favorite. The only downside was that sometimes the fries had either no salt or way too much salt but I heard high blood pressure was a problem in Japan so I guess it make sense.

I'm in Canada and have had the poutine before. I personally think that it's good, though some might say it isn't authentic because it's not a traditional poutine. The fries aren't deep fried in lard, and the gravy isn't beef based. The only thing they did correctly was to add cheese curds, so it's not the same as traditional poutine. McDonald's poutine is still delicious, though, and I think it would be a hit in the United States.

Just left Malaysia where I lived a year, McDonald's there has a chicken curry pie, salted caramel pie, and white peach pie (seasonally) as well as taro. Here in Bangkok they have corn, pineapple, broccoli & cheese, bacon and cheese in addition to apple pie. To name a few! 😳
