Wild Dogs VS Hyena
When a brave and enterprising hyena decides to mess with a pack of wild dogs, the scavenger instantly regrets it when the plan backfires and the pack chases the hyena away. Wild dogs, like most animals, do not like hyenas. There is a lot of chatter but little action when wild dogs and hyenas collide. This is because neither of them wishes to initiate contact. Wild dogs sit in silence, contemplating, while hyenas joke around, but in this video, the wild dogs are in no mood to laugh as they corner a lone hyena and attack it. Hyenas are experts at causing chaos, especially when they try to steal kills from wild dogs. Even though the African wild dogs aren’t very big, they are fearless and will work together to chase away hyenas. This hyena is in a lot of trouble, surrounded by a large pack of wild dogs, which it is attempting to defend against, but attacks are coming from all directions. Simply put, there are too many dogs attacking the hyena. I'm truly astounded by the hyena's ability to remain calm and stand its ground in the face of so many dogs for such an extended period. These two hyenas and these two wild dogs come together to sign a peace treaty. They can't possibly trust each other as they get closer, so it'll be a while before anything happens. Hyenas are everyone’s worst enemy, and wild dogs are no exception.
Wolves VS Coyote
These wolves pursue two coyotes, and if they are caught, they are cooked. Coyotes are no match for a single wolf, let alone a pack of wolves. Once the coyotes are caught, they are eliminated and eaten. The other coyote flees for her life, and when she knows she is no longer in danger, she howls, knowing full well that she has lost her partner. Coyotes and wolves share a strong genetic relationship, but they nevertheless fiercely compete with one another. Smaller and weaker than wolves, a single coyote poses no danger to an adult wolf, but they will prey on and kill wolf pups that are left unattended. Coyotes may harass wolves if they have a numerical advantage. Many individuals find it interesting to learn about the struggles animals face when attempting to live in the wild. Some animal species hunt for a living, while others are preyed upon. When it comes to the question of whether predators consume each other, you may have heard of predators like wolves and coyotes. What about coyotes, do wolves eat them? Wolves rarely consume coyotes, but it does happen on occasion. Coyotes are not wolves' preferred meal; thus, wolves won't go out of their way to kill and devour one. The coyotes who try to steal the wolves' food are often attacked and even eaten by the pack, but in this video, four coyotes gang up on a lone wolf as they harass and even try to attack the wolf. The wolf is much bigger than the coyotes, but he’s outnumbered, and maybe already injured, although I can’t confirm for sure. Onlookers were birding on Yellowstone's Swan Flats when they observed this massive black wolf eating a carcass and fending off coyotes. They've seen over a dozen wolves across the Midwest and Western US, but this was by far the largest. It was one of the most thrilling wildlife encounters they'd ever had. These coyotes want an elk carcass this wolf is eating, so they harass the wolf. The wolf is much bigger than the coyotes, but it doesn’t stop the coyotes from trying to get what they want.
