INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
400gms Mushroom
4 Onion
2 Tomatoes
Few Coriander Stems
1/2 Cup Mustard Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
3 Choti Elachi
2 Dried Red Chilli
1 Whole Garlic
1.5 Cup Matar
2 Inch Ginger
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1.5 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Meat Masala
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi
Coriander Leaves
ginger Julliennes
Green Chillies
