I decided to see what pilates was about and just did a quick search on YT and you popped up. I was like wait why does she look so familiar and I realized it was from love is blind. I love your energy in the workout! That tap your heels trick had me burst out laughing which was needed during that thigh burn. Love your energy so I'll be sticking around

Me realizing I almost never work my inner thighs!!! I can do intermediate on some of your upper body and core stuff but wow I am a baby beginner on this muscle group.
