This is the perfect yoga instruction I ever experienced it, there are many other yoga instructions that talk a lot while instructing but this one was on the point, not too much talking unnecessary stuff. Brilliant

Your standing yoga practices are helping me so much. I had an accident and broke both arms and two fingers (surgery and pins for my hands). I finally have no casts and I am having therapy. I have been doing yoga for several years, and felt ready to start again when I was cast free. Even though I can't get down and put pressure on my hands yet, I can do the standing poses! I also just returned to my in-person yoga class for the first time this week. I'm getting my life back. Thanks!

Truly enjoyed your practice, Lady Uliana! I've done it before with my lil wobble action & losing my balance on warrior 3 pose but this morning, I was more focused & I am applauding myself that neither happened! "I'm sooo excited & I just CAN'T Hide it" (song lyrics) lol Thank you for including your back bends as well....my back is thanking YOU especially! This is FOR SURE, one of my repeats... Thank you Uliana. I am 41 years old and started my fitness journey about three years ago. Totally inflexible and very lazy. However, the standing yoga poses have helped me so much. Not only can I break my day to do them, but I can just be in the kitchen waiting for things to cook and I get to it. I appreciate this because it helps me to tick my exercise and flexibility notes almost daily... I need it not to give up. And I want to appreciate you for it. I travel a lot for work and can't always take a yoga mat with me. Today when I was walking it occurred to me that there must be something online for doing yoga without a mat so I came back to the hotel and searched. I'm so happy I found you! Iliana, your standing yoga sessions are exactly what I needed right now as I am staying at a hotel where the carpet is kinda gross 🤢. I need to do my daily yoga but want to avoid getting too close to the carpet with my face 😝. Anyway, other standing yoga sessions are not as complete as yours and your combined gentle guidance and voice add to the complete experience setting me up for a more manageable day. Thank you!!

Thank you for sharing this routine. I've always been struggling with keeping up my good habits but this routine helped me a lot with that. The length is perfect, just short enough that I can't really say 'I don't have time for this", but long enough for feeling that I did a proper routine 😁. It's beginner friendly enough so I didn't give up, but hard enough to have the chance to feel the improvement. If I remember correctly, I have found you video over a year ago or before. Although there were some ups and down but I could keep practicing it with a frequency that is a huge development for me. Thank you again, and I wish you all the best. 🌸
