i’ve gotten into the habit when it comes to hard practices. that whenever i come across something i can’t do. i tell myself out loud “i’m not there... yet” gives me motivation to try harder next times and to hold the hardest poses for longer

To those who struggle with staying on their hands for the first half of this workout, put the weight on the fleshy part of your hand between your thumb and index finger and engage your core. It helps! Much love

Julianna out of all the years of workout and learning different techniques to fitness, I have never enjoyed yoga more! I once was a dancer and I never enjoyed core workout, breathing properly, Pilates, pretty much anything related to yoga. I fell like I am more calm, more relaxed, and opened get the workouts done. Dearest, just wish to share with you that after 4 mths of practicing your videos, i realised that my body is gaining strength, balance and flexibility. I started from zero. And now I managed to do even a full push up amongst many others. My arms, legs and abs are getting stronger and begin to show muscle definitions. It was crazy tough at first but i persevered. You are my role model. The content of your yoga practices are of good quality and effective. Up till today, I am still practicing your yoga workouts. Keep up the good work. You deserve the thumbs up. I still have a little bit to go until i achieve what i set to achieve. Your yoga practices are really a life saver. My body is getting stronger with good flexibility and balance. I loved doing this short, intense practice this morning! A fantastic way to start the day 😍 no pistol pose for me today, but definitely one to aim for in the future. There's so much I can build on here. Thanks you , namaste 💜

I gave up 7 minutes in but I am still proud of myself for trying, I will come back to this one once I have built a little more strength and balance and I will finish it all the way through

Once again, this is perfect. I started practising splits with my girl at the beginning of May since you released that previous splits practice. I will stay patient and keep practicing daily. Thank you so much. You energy and love makes lock down so much more peaceful 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Wow, I am so beat up after this practice! I came here looking for a challenge and I got one! I can't pull off that pistol move yet but I'm going to keep working at it, and will come back to this flow again in the future. Thank you so much for putting this together and sharing with us!

Wow. Done. Started new today. Last regular workouts in September 2016. Since one workout in March 2019. And today. Can't believe. Used to do BB every day and whit ease in 2014-2016 all of your yoga and workouts guys in that time. Now this felt unbelievable hard. Happy being back to exercise and have some years to catch up I see, wow. Thank you for keeping up the great work for all these years guys! loving you! 💗💗😘😘👌👌👏

I love all of your videos! As a musician, your videos inspire and motivate me to stretch before and after I practice my instrument, which helps me to prevent injury. I used to be very bad at stretching consistently, but with your videos I now look forward to exercising and stretching every day! I can't thank you enough for what you do! I was wondering if you have any plans to release a yoga video that could be done while standing in an office (or a practice room for me!) while wearing work day clothing and without having a mat? I would love to have some ideas on how I might be able to stretch my upper and lower body in the middle of my work day. Thanks! :)

No matter how difficult it seems in the beginning but the benefit we experience while doing it makes it all worthy and the pain that we feel seems too tiny to quit the workout for.. afterall it's all worth it in the end.. thanks so much much love and power your way🙏🙏🙏

Thank you so much for the new challenge! I remember 6 months ago when I started using your videos for my practice weekly I would run across some poses and workout my body was unable to accomplish. WOW this is totally one of my favorite ones, I could not do it as I have my elbow inflamed, but now I can start again and this is amazing, I love it so much, but yep, I actually LOVE everything YOU do... ❤️ thank you so much for everything, lots of love & lights ❤️

*DAMN* I really struggled with that one but I made it through and it was just what I needed after a long and stressful day! Thank you Juliana and Mark for another fantastic video! ⚡💫 P.S. I just completed the bum and thigh challenge and will be doing just one of your videos until I have the courage to take on another challenge. Your videos provide actual results - even my boyfriend has noticed that I am tighter and stronger than I was just three weeks ago. Boho beautiful is the BOMB!
