i’ve gotten into the habit when it comes to hard practices. that whenever i come across something i can’t do. i tell myself out loud “i’m not there... yet” gives me motivation to try harder next times and to hold the hardest poses for longer

To those who struggle with staying on their hands for the first half of this workout, put the weight on the fleshy part of your hand between your thumb and index finger and engage your core. It helps! Much love

Julianna out of all the years of workout and learning different techniques to fitness, I have never enjoyed yoga more! I once was a dancer and I never enjoyed core workout, breathing properly, Pilates, pretty much anything related to yoga. I fell like I am more calm, more relaxed, and opened get the workouts done. Dearest, just wish to share with you that after 4 mths of practicing your videos, i realised that my body is gaining strength, balance and flexibility. I started from zero. And now I managed to do even a full push up amongst many others. My arms, legs and abs are getting stronger and begin to show muscle definitions. It was crazy tough at first but i persevered. You are my role model. The content of your yoga practices are of good quality and effective. Up till today, I am still practicing your yoga workouts. Keep up the good work. You deserve the thumbs up. I still have a little bit to go until i achieve what i set to achieve. Your yoga practices are really a life saver. My body is getting stronger with good flexibility and balance. Wow. Done. Started new today. Last regular workouts in September 2016. Since one workout in March 2019. And today. Can't believe. Used to do BB every day and whit ease in 2014-2016 all of your yoga and workouts guys in that time. Now this felt unbelievable hard. I love all of your videos! As a musician, your videos inspire and motivate me to stretch before and after I practice my instrument, which helps me to prevent injury. I used to be very bad at stretching consistently, but with your videos I now look forward to exercising and stretching every day! I can't thank you enough for what you do! I was wondering if you have any plans to release a yoga video that could be done while standing in an office (or a practice room for me!) while wearing work day clothing and without having a mat? I would love to have some ideas on how I might be able to stretch my upper and lower body in the middle of my work day. Thanks! :)
