I have taken 1 kg Rajapuri mangoes and 1 kg sugar. As per your recipe I have done exactly same. Waited for one tar chasni. It took 30 minutes but one tar not formed so I turned off gas. When it cool down chhundo was very thick and became very hard. Please guide me. This is spoiled but next time I want to make as you have prepared

30 minit over cook so you can add some water and cook 10 minit so little liquid come

@@GujaratiKitchen But I have checked many times one tar chasni not made. In other items like Mohan thal, kaju katli I can make one tar chasni but in chhundo after 30 minutes no one tar chasni formed.

@@GujaratiKitchen Thank you very much. As per your advise I added little water and put on gas for 10 minutes at night. In the morning I added Kashmiri red chili powder, 5 cloves, 2-3 small pieces of cinnamon and roasted cumin powder. OMG Taste is superb 👌
