Just finished 8 weeks doing 2 weeks shred challenge, and I lost 8 cm from my waist , I went from 116 to 103 cm of hips! ( I am Mexican guys, I don’t know the inches and feet system). My tummy fat is WAAAAY smaller than the beginning of my fit journey. Even my legs are getting thinner! (And this is a huge deal for me because my legs had always been big, because I have big bones, and I’m tall). So yes, Chloe needs some kind of amazing gift from me, because this women had done the unthinkable: make me like doing exercise. I hated the idea of doing, until now. Thank you so much Chloe. I just getting into the 30 days summer shred challenge to get a variety on my workout routine. A good diet, and waiting patiently for the results to show up it’s going to give you the motivation to keep doing this, even after the 2 weeks just passed! I even getting abs lines you guys. They have never been there.

There is no such thing as “big bones”. People can have different sized bone s ofc but it’s not what makes your legs bigger. It’s probably because of your body shape (it’s determined by genes not much you can do about it). Your body shape determines where you’ll gain more fat and also where you’ll gain more muscle. Mine is legs as well and I can get through leg workouts easier than I do arms and I made the mistake of not doing stuff that would make me burn fat. I trained my legs with weights and it made them look bulkier. But it was not because I trained my muscles it was because I didn’t lose fat. If you want to get slimmer legs you should train your muscle and do cardio, eat healthy etc. I’m also long and have an overall big frame (my hips and shoulders are wide). Chloe’s workouts are working because it has combination of cardio and strength training

@@andrew.e5378 hmm, I don't think I have a problem with my underarms but for dark neck I've personally always use Viva Milk Cleanser, it's a local product in my country (I think it doesn't have to be that brand, just use any milk based cleanser) and I use it daily until my neck brighter, and I usually do a gentle scrub in neck area everytime I shower. But please consider that everybody has different skin conditions.

Love Chloe! I’m 50 years old and started working out with my daughter who was using these videos. At my age, injury is increasingly a risk and just squatting down to pick something up is a chore. Started these workouts convinced I’d never make it, felt they were impossible but have pushed through and am so much stronger. Went hiking with the family on a steep and strenuous trail of waterfalls and slipped while wading through pools. I think Chloe saved my back! I couldn’t believe my arms were strong enough to catch me and keep me from landing on the rocks! I have a middle school son and can now play basketball with him (sort of) without fearing injury. Feel like I’ve gotten years back. Thanks, Chloe! One request, the music rhythm and such are great for the workouts but I’ve found some of the lyrics really discouraging and sad-about loneliness and not having any loving or safe relationships, being used and using others, so full of despair and being trapped in drugs and and having to be fake. It’s all very real and honest but I find myself wishing and praying for the artist... So hard to be working out to someone’s lamenting.

Idk how to explain it, its like wen someone push u down u have dis urge to push back. Daz my opinion plus its great beats. And i love how ur improving with us too ❤️ be more careful in mountains. I- I DID IT. OMG I COMPLETED THE CHALLENGE WITHOUT SKIPPING ANYTHING. I’M SO PROUD OF MYSELF AHHH. I don’t see any drastic physical change, but I’ve done both 2 week shred challenges so far this year after failing last year :’] and it has helped my mental health and over all mood. When they say exercise gives you a more positive outlook in life they are NOT joking. To whoever reads this comment, keep going!! Be proud of the fact that you’re making an effort 💪

Spot reduction (losing fat from one particular area) does not exist. If you are in a calorie deficit, you'll loose weight all over your body. With work out you train the muscles (ie increase muscle mass, which actually increases daily calorie need, so if you eat the same amount as with smaller muscles, that will put you in calorie deficit). Tl;dr back exercises will (only) strengthen your back muscles, you'll need to be in calorie deficit to loose back fat

This will make the legs slim as long as you pair it with cardio. Cardio/ weight loss videos help to work off fat and these exercises help to replace it with muscle making for the “ideal” slim look

Hi! I just finished my 2 weeks shred schedule today and I wanted to write a mini review... RESULTS I haven't weighed myself as I wanted to see more of a physical change (which I got!) the challenge gets so much more easier everyday and I feel more stronger than ever :) I've seen some people saying they ended up having a 'door' figure but personally for me my waist got much smaller, I did all the oblique exercises, I think its just different for everyone. ***I also want to point out how I can fit into my jeans so much more comfortably too :) WHAT I DID - I didn't use any resistance equipment (resistant bands/weights) ------- with exception on day 14 - I did all the high impact exercises, with exception for some of the side planks and push ups - Never missed a day and didn't work out on rest days - Drank LOTS of water MY DIET I didn't necessarily eat healthier I focused more on food portions as I tend to over eat. I had fast food (five guys) twice, for special occasions. apart from that I just ate home made meals and always considered my portions :) ***I also didn't snack on unhealthy foods, I just snacked on fruits :) - I know this may not be considered healthy but I ate 1-2 balanced meals a day to stop myself from over eating Okay that's my review, thank you for reading if u did haha, and GOOD LUCK it gets easier I promise!! :))

@@hannah8295 Depends upon ur body, if u have a less body fat percentage maybe you'll get abs from just that workout.... idk... there's no guarantee for that I recommend doing the whole program as she have arranged it, I've got benefits from doing the whole program and not just one workout everyday for 2 or 3 weeks

Its hard to believe that just 6 months ago, i got caught trying to commit. I’ve never been proud of my body or my looks, and i’ve always been extremely insecure about what others think of me. But the sweat and burn from Chloe’s workouts remind me that I’m alive and trying to do whats best for me, and it makes me a little more confident. You could try doing her 2-week ab challenge and skip/replace/modify the exercises that involve putting weight on feet. Don't know how you could do thighs without your foot tho. And I really hope your foot gets better :) I wish you a fast recovery

You can try those exercises where we lie on our back and move our legs.. like bicycle crunch or u can modify the abs and thigh workouts..♥️

Maybe you can try some pilates. There are moves you can do while on your back and if you're able to get on all fours that will help increase the amount of exercises that you can do. Good luck!

I JUST FINISHED THE 2 WEEK SHRED!! for those wondering, I think the only weight loss was around 0.75 kg... maybe an inch or 2 off the thighs and stomach. But the important thing is that I feel much more fit and physically capable, which is the entire objective! I plan on continuing this journey and getting to a place I am happy with. Losing weight and fat can take time, you've gotta be patient with yourself (it also changes person to person based on their current situation and metabolism etc.) So to everyone who feels defeated/ like they can't do this, I believe in you, you are gonna smash this challenge and get where you wanna be!!

I DID IT!!!!! i did the entire 2 week shred program, today was my last day, i'm finally done! i haven't seen very drastic results, but that's also 'cause i didn't control my diet as much, and i skipped a few exercises due to shortage of time, but IT FEELS SO GOOD. i definitely see a change in my upper body, stomach and butt, my legs not so much, but it's alright. i feel so much better about myself after doing this. i'm going to start the march weight-loss program and then maybe come back to the 2 week shred later, i'm really excited! to all those doing this and losing motivation, just do 20-30 seconds of low impact of the exercises you find tough, you'll feel so much better about yourself later! all the best guys, you got this :)

I have little simple tips for anyone who is barely starting out. 1) You can do it in the morning right as soon as you wake up but before you eat. (Since you havent eaten anything, it will help burning calories from before and it will also get you a bit of energy.) 2)Make sure to stay hydrated during the workouts or you might feel dizzy or lightheaded. (Also drinks lots of water during the day as well) 3) Why not get a little healthy delicious smoothie as well and/or tea. (Warm lemon water is good too) 4) if you want a little junk food thats fine, it happens, just dont eat too much of it. Im not an expert but this is what has helped me. Hope you all get results and never give up ❤️

it’s different for everyone. for example, fasted workouts don’t work for me because i don’t have any energy or food in my system so i don’t go full out so working out in the evening works for me. I’m still loosing weight just fine

Am I the only person who HATES these workouts and dreads them every day? Lol These are brutal workouts and very tough, but I have completed 7 months of chloe challenges and they work! Im 46 years old and I still have not adjusted to the workouts, but I have stayed committed and workout every day except rest days. I may hate the workouts, but I love the results and I will continue to push myself every day. Thanks chloe for your amazing free workouts ❤

I've been doing Chloe Ting challenges consistently for a year now and in the past like 5 months I added weights and bands, and let me tell you, they make a huge difference. Its super hard at first, but it will get easier. I was first on very light bands and 5 pound weights and now I use medium bands and 10 pound weights. Chloe really works!

this workout was really hard for me because the words "die" and sentiments about drugs kept repeating in the background music, i get that many people enjoy this music choice, and a past version of me would have shared that enjoyment. it's just that so much of my movement + health journey has been about moving AWAY from that messaging. really love chloe's workouts & reminders for mind body connection, but these are not the words i want to fill my mind and boy with!

I am fairly new to this channel and I have to say thank you so much for these workout videos. I used to weigh 130 pounds but now I am 26 years old weighing 213 pounds so I am currently trying to lose 60 pounds and gain muscle on top of that. Since I've discovered your channel I have finally enjoyed exercising. Not only is this helping me lose weight but exercising is now therapeutic to me. My depression and self doubt disappear whenever I workout to your videos. I feel more confident and each day I am closer to my goal thanks to you :3

I have been doing this workout with two more.The two weeks shred 2021 and a hit workout and in a week my body feels very good and i felt like my jeans are getting bigger on my body.The challenge is real but dont give giveup its worth the pain

я не понимаю, как делают ее тренировки. то есть все что на этом видно делать каждый день в течении двух недель? а отдых когда? надеюсь ты мне объяснишь, спасибо:3

@@ПолинаДобросельская отдых можно делать через дня 3 или 2 например ты делаешь 3 дня тренировку и на 4 день отдых. потом опять делаешь тренировки и на 7 день отдых

@@ПолинаДобросельская у нее есть сайт с курсами и тренировками. Нужно выбрать курс и там на каждый день есть план тренировок ты нажимаешь и тебя перекидывает на видео которое нужно сделать. Надеюсь понятно объяснила😅

it’s day 3 for me, doing these exercises later but i wanted to leave this comment so that i can come back with my progress. i have been doing chloe ting’s workouts for a while now, but was never consistent. before doing this two week shred I was doing the full body workout and so far i’ve seen some results before switching over, let’s hope that by the time my vacation rolls around in mid July i see some excellent results! everyone who is trying we got this and we’re all in this together

ugh this one hit me like a train because I bruised my butt doing the pre-release... i had to skip a few of these, or modify them myself because while some of these were easy, some of these just hurt way too much. Felt good about how much I've done until this one lol
