I love the little stool makeover. My Dad made all the families small stools for us to use in our bathrooms when our kids were little (for their feet while sitting on the pot and to reach the sink) and I recently found mine and am redoing it for my grandkids. Very precious to me, and I bet the person who made that stool did it for a similar reason. So glad you saved it. 😊

Beautiful finds and love the way you used them. I love the little nests! Probably Carolina wrens or chickadees most likely will use them. Hummingbirds build their nests out of spider webs. They come and steel mine out of my windows. Woodpeckers do not destroy your trees. They eat the beetles that are killing your trees. They are behind the bark eating their way up. Woodpeckers are considered the doctors of the trees and also by making the perfect holes, bluebirds find a new home to nest too. They are pretty beneficial. Just a short note on them. 😁

Cory I keep a small turntable with my paint supplies to use when I paint small items. It works great for turning items that are still wet.

Love the tea pot doily , I would of sewn it on a plain white pillow case and made a fancy country cushion Ps , I love the format of you finding the item then showing us straight away what you did with it , so refreshing to see this style …

Your "bird nests" are actually roosting pockets. They are pouches where wild birds can roost on cold winter nights and be sheltered from the elements. I have never seen them with cotton in them before. They are cute the way you arranged them, but I think what will happen is birds will pull out the cotton to use for nests they build themselves. Wild birds are territorial and don't like close neighbors. Hummingbirds build tiny walnut sized nests and woodpeckers dig cavities in dead trees so neither of those will be interested in your bird hotel.

I think that the rabbit sign on the post is an easter decoration, and that there are more holiday seasonal replacements from the original maker, but you could make your own. I think it's originaly for the outside / front porch. and the thread is called Embroidery Floss.

This all turned out so beautiful together! I love how the bird figurine turned out on the little candle holder and that blue color you used and then the wax! I can’t wait to try that and I am constantly finding birds like that! These are my favorite kind of videos! You shop and then diy them! You do this so well! I look forward to the next! Oh!!! And the wooden sign holder with the bunny! If I saw that while shopping in a booth, it would be coming home with me…. Whatever the cost!🤷🏻‍♀️

I love the straw hats. I made a wall of hats in my entry way on one side of my Gate and table. The other side hold two large plates on a plate wall holder. Put a homemade hook holder under hats in wood. The hats are a mix of men and women's and then hung one hat on the end hook by the decorative gate. Looks so good. We also grab one if working in the yard and hang it back on its nail. Am enjoying watching your videos. Peace!

The little stool is adorable! I would use it as a plant stand to elevate a little planter. Perhaps in a trio of planters or other decorative elements. You have given it a new life! Great job!

You certainly scored on that trip to the Goodwill Bins!😲 I don't know if we have those in Canada, but if so, they're likely only in the bigger cities. As Sherry, of Canterbury Cottage, said in her most recent video, the prices in Goodwill have really gone up. Ditto for Value Village. It's only the small, independent charity shops that are holding the line on price increases. I love all your videos these days - more so than the redone furniture from when you lived in Arizona. The bunny on arrow is made in China for K&K Interiors which is a home decor distributor in Sandusky OH. They produced many interchangeable pieces to hang on the arrow. I believe the pineapple was in the bin when the bunny was pulled out.

Love all of your projects!! The wallpaper samples can be picked up for free at paint stores that sell wallpaper. When the new books come out, they throw the old ones away. I have done this many many times. I use the paper for all kinds of projects! Just ask for them. Good Luck!

I always love your creativity and I love the bunny sign. I noticed there was also a heart and a little scarecrow that went to the bunny sign holder and I was just wondering if you left them behind on purpose or did you just not see them? Everything turned out sooo great I love your little bird nests. I had some that were almost identical, and I was so hoping that the hummingbirds that we have around here would use them, but what actually happened was all of the other birds took all the stuffing and literally tore them apart to make materials for their nests ha ha ha which in the end I actually didn’t mind because it was kind of fun to look around in my trees and see what they had created on their own by snatching and tearing apart pieces from my little hanging bird nests.hahaha. They did inspire me to take all of my fabric, yarn and string scraps and turn them into balls, which I hung from my porch and they all came and took pieces and created these beautifully colored nests that color coordinate to my house ha ha ha people have actually asked if I built the nests and put them in the trees so it would match my house ha ha ha

Fixed a broken leg on a stool once with an odd spindle. Made sure it was sturdy then sold it as an opsey daisy stool...plant stand riser, the lady loved it. Your is super cute Cory, you and hubs make a great team.
