I have been doing only this short workout for two weeks maybe three or four times per week. Was very flabby and out of shape, and new to BOSU. Seeing and feeling big changes in energy and stamina at work. Thank you. This little routine has big benefits. BOSU super fun and works!

I really appreciate all of your videos. I get ideas for the classes I teach from them (TRX etc...). I always say "this is a Marsha move"... they have a love/hate relationship with them.

Oh my god has this has become a favourite! So fing intense but I love it. Today I did it twice once as my warm up round and the second as my death round. My heart was going crazy especially through the squat leg lift segment in both rounds. Burned 350 calories for my height and size doing this twice which is all I need during this time to allow my self a glass of wine and some ice cream later on in the day with 0 guilt. Love her for keeping my weight down during a limited movement time 💖

I just started using the bosu ball. I love these workouts. Thank your for sharing. I learned a mid back stretch to do on the bosu ball and it has been wonderful.
