I couldn’t agree more with you! Yet there’s so much emphasis on flexibility and hardly any on mobility. We use mobility on our daily functions and the flexibility is a whole Nother thing. So thank you for putting this video up

Well this was absolutely amazing! So challenging, I was definitely not perfect but I've been trying to work on hip mobility recently and it was hard but I nearly managed the whole sequence with no hands! Thank you so much for all your wonderful videos that have helped me so much

I really love how you manage to make me want to give everything a go! Normally I wouldn’t even try a difficult pose but somehow you make me try everything! It mostly results in me falling on my bum but always laughing for having tried! Love your videos ❤️

I was so looking forward to doing this but my knees (more specifically a complete absence of meniscus in R knee) meant I couldn’t do it after around 6mins - where you urged no touching down with hands. I literally couldn’t do that bit 😭😭

I like the concept of this but there is no way for me to jump into this routine and I'm not even a beginner. I think a much slower, "trainer" video for these hands free moves would be really helpful.
