@@andrewlin6136 Hi Andrew, I’m sorry to hear you are sick. I hope you feel better soon. Sound baths are not intended to treat medical conditions. Sound bath/ sound therapy can help relax your nervous system, calm the mind, help you focus, and deepen your meditation practice.
