wow, i didn’t realize how tense my shoulders and upper body were!! i definitely needed this. the lower body stretches helped immensely also, but comparably, i’m much stronger in the legs and carry much more tension in my upper body so i really felt it more in this video. the t-spine stretch was the highlight of my night. 🙏🏾

This upper body stretch felt AMAZING!! I had no idea how much loosening up my shoulders and arms would also help open up my back as well. I've suffered from chronic back pain since I was 15 and this helped my upper back so much! Pumped for tomorrow's AMRAP workout!!!

Week 4, Day 4: I did these stretches instead of the HIIT workouts suggested. This is my 4th night away for work in a hotel room, and I’ve been doing plenty of walking. Today I walked 7km (approx 4.34 miles) in Sydney, so these stretches felt extra good. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s workout!

Did this as a cool down after a dumbbell workout, perfect! And I also love the tricep and forearm stretches that I've seen on a couple of your stretching videos. I have carpal tunnel syndrome, and the first time I did the stretch I could tell I was so, so tight. I do those stretches daily now (about 3-4 weeks, shortly after I subbed), and they have helped my pain, pins and needles feeling, and numbness that's associated with my carpal tunnel as well. I'm so glad you have taught us that. Thank you 🙏🏼

I have a youtube channel I normally go to for my stretches, but when I searched for them, Juice and Toya showed up. I figured, why not. It's black history month, and they look good. Well, they did not disappoint. This stretch hit all the right places and relieved my tension. I felt great once I finished. I'll be back for more.

I especially love this video of yours. I have been doing these kind of stretches for a long time now but I do them either too much or too less and I only realized that after watching your video. You explained every stretch very well and how to execute them properly. And this is very relaxing too, the ambience, music, your explanation, everything. Day 4 week 3 completed! I really needed this stretch video. My upper body was definitely sore but I didn’t notice until I start stretching! It really felt good and was much needed! I’m ready for the amrap workout tomorrow!

Week 3 : Day 4 !! COMPLETE ✅ !! The most beneficial video is Upper Body stretches. I Love the T-Spine/Upper Back and Side Body/Shoulder 😊. By the way yall had us laughing 😂 over here when juice says "Give it a little bit more love and you know take care of it" (2:58) and toya smiles. Also when he says "You don't want to yank out your head" (6:55). My workout buddy @ Tecito con Steph laughs for everything and nonstop we laughing over here we woke up in a good mood. I loved this!! Day 4 definitely opened me up. My favorite was the forearm stretches. I play piano so there’s a lot of tension in that area and I definitely feel a difference. Now it’s time for Zumba! 😊

Week 3 Day 4! This is something I don’t do enough of. I liked the trap stretch but I think the wrist and forearm stretches were my fav and most needed. I’m at my computer 9-10 hours per work day. I’m going to try to do this stretch again in the middle of the day. Thanks Juice & Toya!

Will definitely be adding this to my routine. Most of my upper body already felt loose so I pushed a little farther on every stretch until I felt the tension. I was looking for a good upper body stretch to start a pushup routine and I found it. Had me sweating before I even pushed up once 🤣
