Best rune setup will be Pain + Suffering, Soul Warding, Strength of Soul, Surge of Light, SWD, Spike,Homies,VP. With 2 set bonus Flash Heals in Shadowform and big chance to proc free flash heals with spiked mindblasts shadow will be a crazy tank even if you do not take dispersion, which has always just been a delay of damage rather than something that brings you back up. Soul Warding with the right talent setup will turn PWS into such a good ability in combination with flash heals...

Shadow priest has always been super strong in vanilla endgame pvp, makes sense that in SoD it's more or less the same

alt + spell = self cast

Easier to set it on a keyboard in healbot and you can dispel anyone in a raid and yourself as well as whatever you like on different mouse buttons...so much more efficient than alt-keys
