Yeah, I’ve been missing him in dramas! I’m looking forward to this one too, although I noticed that the Webtoon content is a bit heavy, so the drama will probably be as well. But since it stars So Ji-sub, I’ll definitely watch it. I really want to see him in romantic comedies again! I love Master's Sun and Oh My Venus, they’re some of my favorites. 😍

True, we already know all of them. I’ve been in the world of K-dramas for years, and I already create expectations for a show based on the cast. That doesn’t happen as much with dramas from other countries, like Chinese ones, which I don’t watch as frequently. With Korean dramas, I’ve even gotten used to the language, and I prefer to watch them with subtitles to hear the actors' voices. I think Viki is the best and most complete platform for those who love this content, but Netflix has still been the main platform for many, probably because it can bring some of these dramas with dubbing, and a lot of people can’t watch with subtitles. So, I root for K-content on Netflix because of the reach it has.

Yes, I love these actors. A lot of good stuff on the way! They’re all Netflix originals in partnership with Korean broadcasters. The broadcasters in Korea air them like soap operas on public TV, and new episodes come out every week, usually two per week. So, when it’s a simultaneous release, it comes in this two-episode format. I believe that’s what will happen with the dramas on this list. It’s so nerve-wracking, right? The episode always ends on a scene we really want to see, and then we have to wait a week to find out what happened and go through the same thing the following week. I go through that a lot, so I cope with the anxiety by watching several at once. It helps a lot.

The wait for the new episodes. 😆 What I worry about and meant though is the Netflix habit of splitting a drama into ‘season 1’ (8-10 episodes) with a cliffhanger and then a year to wait for ‘season 2’ which is actually just the second half of the story. I prefer it how Korea does it, 1 complete story with all of the episodes kept together even if it is 2 a week and they give us a conclusion at the end.

Looking forward to them al!!! l especially am looking forward to the one where he speaks the three languages...that should be fun and interesting as things actually get lost in translation!!!! You would think in 2024 we could break down all the barriers but people get trapped into their cultural constraints so whats acceptable in one country can cause offence in another...but to be honest I just am myself. I never mean to embarrass or upset anyone but I'm not becoming a ghost because someone is going to pick up something wrong!

Lately I don´t find Netflix kdramas attractive.I´d rather rewatch the old ones !! Some I liked are Alchemy of souls , an Atypical family . But there are attractive series which are unavailable in netflix (Queen Woo for instance ) 😄😄😄😄😄

😄😄😄 Queen Woo came to stir up some drama among the fans, many loved it, many criticized it. Putting aside the controversy over the bold scenes, I loved the story, but I wanted to see the battle at the end and what strategy she used to win. Because we know what happened since it’s based on a true story, but she was at a disadvantage, how did she win? I’m hoping for a second season, but I don’t have much hope it will happen! 😞

I'm really looking forward to this one too! Some people are saying it will premiere in November, but I find that unlikely. I believe it will be in December instead. Anyway, in the last week of the month, I'll post the dramas set to premiere the following month, and if it does come out in November, I'll confirm it there. But I really think it will be December! Fingers crossed it premieres soon! Another one that should come out with Woo Do-hwan in 2025 is the second season of Bloodhounds, but I think that will be more towards the second half of the year. I’m excited for that too, the first season was really good! ❤

The synopsis says that she suspects this and continues her search to find out what happened to her brother. In the process, she ends up getting close to this man who appeared pretending to be him (I’m not sure if it’s intentional or for some other reason), and they end up having a romance.

Netflix should leave kdramas to Studio Dragon and other domestic companies... Out of all Netflix Original kdramas and k-movies Netflix releases every year, only 1 or 2 are actually worth to watch.

Actually, they make these originals in partnership with Korean broadcasters. One of the platform's biggest partnerships is with CJ ENM, which owns Studio Dragon. What happens with the originals is that only the Korean broadcaster that produced it and Netflix hold the broadcasting rights, so they can’t go to other platforms, unlike many others that we can find on more than one platform. I hope these are worth watching, they seem like really good K-dramas with very promising stories!

I am talking about the NETFLIX ORIGINALS (The ones where no domestic company/channel other than Netflix itself is involved.) Vincenzo, CLOY, My Demon, 25/21, Extraordinary Attorney Woo and many others are labeled as "Netflix Original" but they are not, at least not completely... They belong to Ena, Studio Dragon, TVN etc. They are not Netflix productions, that's why they are good. Netflix only bought the rights to broadcast those dramas in the platform, it was not involved at all in their production. The kdramas in this video, however, are 100% Netflix productions, that's why they are going to be c**p.
