There are a few errors in the section about Princess Paley: Grand Duke Pavel Alexandrovich was the youngest brother of Tsar Alexander III. Nicholas II was his nephew. His morganatic wife Olga was born Olga Valerianovna Karnovich, not Kulikovskya (Kulikovsky was the name of Grand Duchess Olga's _ Nicholas II's sister _ husband.) BTW her son by the Grand Duke was also murdered by the Bolsheviks. Mary has not been Crown Princess since January 14th of this year; she is Queen Mary of Denmark. 1887???? Empress Eugenie died in 1920.

After listening to a number of videos on this channel, I have come to the unfortunate conclusion that it is all AI generated with no human fact checking or oversight.

@@sballantine8127 True, but it's not just this channel. I'm also annoyed on a number of these channels when Roman numerals after monarch's names are pronounced as letters: George "VEE" instead of George the Fifth for example.

Hello. Why does the 1st one isn't worn ? Libby.
@treytrip8Ай бұрын
There are no images of it being worn and no contemporary accounts. However, Queen Desideria may have worn it privately many times.

About the Danish Ruby Parure: Desiree Bernadotte - as wife of French Fieldmarshall Jean - Baptiste Bernadotte - at the time of the coronation was Princess of Ponte Corvo since Napoleon I. Bonaparte not only made his sisters Imperial Princesses but upgraded all of his fieldmarshalls to minor princedom titles (mostly of small principalities conquered by France or being under influence of France). This not only made his most important military strategists noblemen but improved their income significantly. Since Desiree Bernadotte didn't own jewelry matching the pomp and circumstance Mapoleon wanted to show during his coronation the ruby parure either was a direct gift from Napoleon I. or comsissioned ny Jean - Baptiste Bernadotte usind a design patter that was demanded by Napoleon I. of him (direct order). If or if not Napoleon I. wanted to elevate Desiree Bernadotte - his former fiancée when she still was Desiree Clary as a young woman he left for the influential but older than him Josephine de Beauharnais - isn't entirely clear.

'using' and 'pattern'

Love your historical input. Unfortunately, after listening to a number of videos on this channel, I am quite certain that it is all AI generated, including the voice and dreadfulmispronunciations.

I’m not trying to be disrespectful at all here. I love the jewelry and that’s why I subscribe. I just wish the narrator would speak in her normal voice. I almost always just move through the video stopping only on the things I spot that interest me.
