If you know align leggings from Lululemon- it’s about identical. Definitely medium compression- not high. If you want the higher compression, All it motion has the Alo dupe (Alo airlift) and they are called Effortless. I forgot to mention them in video! shopstyle.it/l/clyh6

I would like stores to start selling just regular workout shirts again. They have disappeared the past few years. A bra for me is not something I wear as my only layer. I don’t care if other people do but i would just like a short sleeve v neck that wicks away moisture and is not cropped. Why so hard to find. Yes they are on Amazon but many times the shirts aren’t breathable.
