Ombre Nomade is no Joke!!! I got my nose on it while housesitting for a friend, and he just had it setting on the bathroom sink. OMG!!! My life has not been the same. It is actually a very masculine oud / rose scent like no other. It was actually the scent that started my fragrance collection journey. Yeah, it was a pretty pricy place to start but my beautiful wife was kind enough to get it for me on fathers day of 2019. looking at the thousands of $$'s I have invested since then, I don't know if that was a bad or good thing. LOL Of course it was a great thing. This is the best hobby / collection journey of my life.

I can definitely understand your criteria. The novelty and that rarity, the possibility you may never experience the scent again can make it holy grail but I do have two accessible fragrances in my holy grail. One in particular because it opened my world but two for if all scent is lost I would not want to lose those two. I ll try and keep them until I die.

I got a 5ml sample of 40 knots a few weeks ago and, weirdly, it smells like Enigma/Creation-E Parfum cologne to me. When I first tried it I was like, 'that's familiar' So I I sprayed my sample of 40 Knots on on one arm and the sample of Enigma Parfum Cologne on the other arm and, yup, smell very similar scent, especially after it settles. It's like the warm weather alternative to Enigma. So while I like it, I now have Enigma Parfum Pour Homme, so I took 40 Knots off the possible purchase list I have. I went to look to see if I was the only one noticing the similarity and nope, a few others have noticed it as well.

If you like rose scents, try Nawab Of Oud from Ormonde Jayne. Not cheap, it's an elixir, but the best rose note I've experienced, it lasts and lasts, 12hrs +, and yes expensive! Worthy of anyone's grail list! Best wishes all, from Britain!

I love my Jubilation XXV. To my nose it comes across as a more interesting version of Initio's OUD FOR GREATNESS. It's mysterious and intoxicating. My only complaint? Very little projection. But don't expect compliments. This is one you wear mostly for yourself. You'll feel like James Bond.

Yes indeed. Unlike most others on the Aventus and GIT tip, Royal Oud is hands down my favorite from the house. Then again I am an oud, woods, smokey, spicy and tobacco lover when it comes to fragrances. I have a few freshy's just for collection purposes. With the new Savage Elixir, Dior has turned the Savage world upside down. With its new smoky spicy take, it's hands down the best Savage ever.

I have worn jubilation 25 and been told it smells like a cow barn and it’s revolting. I’m not sure why it smells so bad on my skin. Beach hut smells incredible on me and so does reflection

Great video! I am a big fan of any of these fragrances and have more than a few, but if you have a chance please get your nose on the 2021 limited Edition Kilian STH Oud and Musk - I have the OG and use it in the summer, but the Oud and Musk takes it to another level. Opens with dirty salty sour oud, rum and nutmeg and then transitions into a sweet vanilla and rum custard in the dry down, with cedar and musk apparent throughout. Like the OG in its use of woods, like the Extreme in its amped up Vanilla and Rum, but with added class and sophistication from the oud and musk. If you could do a video comparing the three I would be grateful!
