Nagpagawa ako ng apt 2017, ung typical 2story (2bed2bath) building na inuupahan. Ang inabot na presyo is 1.5m (more or less), hindi pa kasama lupa dun. Ang lupa nabili ko way back 2010 pa worth around 600-750k na may laking 135sqm. Ung apt. na pinagawa ko kalahati lang ang nagamit na lote. Right now nag iipon ulit ako ng pera pampagawa sa next door apt at this time sabe nung contractor baka 1.7 - 2m na sya. Kung susumahin ung investment ko, makukuha lahat ng ginastos ko within 16 yrs minus mo pa yung pagpapaayos ng apt sa darating na mga taon. So sa 16 yrs, ung tubong na kikitain mo ay ung halaga ng apt. mo sa araw na un kung may balak kang ibenta.

My company gave me free RSU few years ago and it was worth $35 per share and now it's worth $157 at this moment. Even if I quit I would still be able to keep my stocks and still growing as long as I hold it for much longer. It's a free stock and it can make me rich. I can retire in the Philippines and buy a huge farm land when I turned 50 and don't need to work for the rest of my life while still own my stock and also I can transfer them to my kids. That's why education is a good investment but of course I didn't sit around when I came to America. I have 2 degree and IT certifications as my foundation.
