Not just law DKI... administrative protection for women, children animals and elders is need of the hour. Meaning deploy state police not political party volunteers to provide day and night and especially for those at night shifts protection to the said vulnerable people. NIRBHAYA law covers a lot as far as law is concerned. Some more changes will help. Law alone not the tool. Anybody who has a son has to teach them consent.
