To reuse bottles .. if you soak them in hot leftover pasta water for sometime, labels loosen up, peel .. and use a glass & tile scraper to remove any glue residue .. that way they’re all clear.

Do not consume too much frozen things. U said when u freez the food vitamins remain intact... No my dear always prefer freshly grinded tomatoes or chutneys otherwise frozen items promotes harmony imbalance n also blood pressure problems... So pls avoid freezing veg. Or non veg for long.

If u freeze properly at the right temperature then vitamins remain intact for few days not for a long period of time..I consume within a week or 2... And yes u r right.. We should not eat frozen food.. But when u have babies at home and no helping hand.. Then these tricks are very useful to save some time.. Atleast eating homemade frozen food is far better than outside food.

Good... Just one feedback, glass items should not be kept in freezer, some times it may burst or crack... Plastic is ok, specially for freezer items should be used, i too reuse the plastic and glass bottles for the environment... I request all to avoid buying new things and use whatever we have.

Buying fresh and cooking fresh not only tastes better but it's also nutritious than frozen foods. It's actually quite challenging for moms with young ones to manage cooking and household chores. Smart work and innovation is definitely needed but kids don't occupy our entire day, they do sleep, play and have their independent time. Maybe during those hours we can plan and prepare things needed for cooking. Like we may clean and cut vegetables, peeling garlic, grinding ginger garlic paste etc., Can be prepared a day before. Storing and freezing should be the last option. This is my opinion and a suggestion too.

Really helpful video, thank you for your service. I cook the blended tomatoes a bit before freezing and they preserve better. For mint chutney, I add lemon juice when blending and it stays good in fridge for weeks.

One tip Dena chahungi ki bottles ke sticker nikaldo , bottle se bada koi bhi patila ya say patila ho usme ye bottles ko pani bharke pura dubo ke rakhdo over night 😃ho sake to warm water ya hot water rakhna .. stickers nikal jayenge bad main dish water soap n scrub se nikal dena extra stickyness .. so bottles clean glass dikhenge

Love your blogs so interesting and how well you utilise your time .Time management is very important..what would you advise working mothers who have new born and toddlers ? Both parents have toþake turns to look after the kids and manage the kitchen it's really difficult.only get one day off to rest but that too is utilised to cook and stack food .no time for oneself.
