Recipes -
Egg Pepper Fry - Bring 3-4 eggs to boil, To grind - 2 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds - grind them to a semi-coarse powder.
In a pan- 1 tbsp coconut oil /any oil, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, curry leaves, 2 tbsp of ground masala (for 3-4 eggs), turmeric powder and salt. When the masala comes together (add little water if too dry), add ginger garlic paste and continue to cook until the mixture turns fragrant. Add chopped coriander leaves and boiled eggs and off the flame after a quick sauté.
Cucumber Sandwich & Cream Cheese - Paneer, Curd little, Roasted Garlic, Till here it’s basic cream cheese, For sandwich filling to the above cream cheese add, salt, black pepper, oregano, chilli flakes, bread slices, and cucumber slices
Almond Milk - Crushed almond with pepper (ratio of pepper depends on liking) - store in fridge for longer shelf life. Grind only in pulse mode and not at once.

I really got wonderful ideas and cant wait to implement them. Microfiber idea was so fantastic, for small spaces and kitchen accidents 😜 its really helpful. I add a pinch of turmeric to the water while boiling eggs...it's food safe, colours it to distinguish it, and also helps to prevent broken eggs.

I wash everything the usual way and rely more on instant and spot cleaning incase of any spills. I keep the cleaning towels separate from the kitchen towels..for linens, sun is your best bet, most of the stains fade away when dried in sunlight

For spot cleaning - I take a drop of dish soap on a kitchen towel ,wet that part and then instantly scrub with the help of it on the table cloth..you could use a clean and fresh dish sponge too..ALso I have heard you can sprinkle on a bit of baking soda and rub that too...later on wash the fabric normally@@zuzu22able
