When my sister and I became Main Character Syndrome teenagers my father took us outside and showed us the Sun and said ‘see that? The earth revolves around that, not you.’ Very sound advice that more parents should be telling their children and explain to them that their actions have CONSEQUENCES. Too many young people think they can do whatever they want thinking mommy or daddy will get them out of their predicament. 🙄

That's because mommy and daddy do get them out of their predicaments. Many of these start in the home as well. These kids arent born with hate, it's instilled in them at home. If parents are constantly promoting hate and dehumanizing anyone different than them, this is often the result.

I don't think there's anything wrong with sending a teenager to life in prison without the possibility parole when they've killed somebody when you are certain age you know right from wrong and teenager is definitely an age that you know right from wrong
@hjayy.9 ай бұрын
Like even if you struggle socially, you definitely by a certain age know you shouldn't kill people & you know the consequences so yeah I agree lol
@yvonnedallas40739 ай бұрын
Absolutely not. Depends on circumstances. Kids have a better chance of reform then adults. There are adults who kill people who don't get life without parole. The justice system uses teenagers as an example thinking they will scare other teens but teens don't read the news. Teens also don't comprehend life and death. As you age you become wiser we all have done shit and look back like dang if I knew this at 15. Kids go to funerals all the time and months later will ask when they get to see the dead person again. Teens don't think 10yrs down the line they think in the moment. Id be careful what you say bc God will make sure karma finds you and you will eat your words. Kids are easily influenced.

If someone kills another person they should NEVER be let out of prison. No matter what age they were at the time of the crime. And if a prisoner goes before the parole board they need to have the crime scene pictures in front of them so they can be reminded that the prisoner will without a doubt commit the same or worse crime if they are released back into the society and if the board members do let them out the parole board members need to be held accountable for any crimes that happen due to their decisions. 15:28

You sound so ridiculously stupid it's unreal!!! So someone that kills at say 15-20 should never be let out?? Their brains aren't even fully developed at those ages and absolutely deserve another try at life after serving a 20-40 year sentence!! Plus some people kill for very real reasons (sexual violence, abused as a child etc) and still get convicted of murder and they should definitely not be sentenced to life or even get a jail sentence but our justice system sucks.

How is it against someone's constitutional rights, to make them serve their life sentence? What about the victim's constitutional rights? So, just because of their age, they get more constitutional rights than an adult that commits the same exact crime! That's bullsh!t if you ask me. There are families that would do anything to get THEIR Child's constitutional rights back! Does anyone know where I can find a copy of a child's constitutional rights? I'd like to compare them.

Lived her entire life and loses it so tragically. All to steal a car. To them the car was worth more than her life. Then they just left it several blocks away. Did the other teens get charged?
