The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on government paycheck, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a time to invest in Stocks, Forex and Digital currencies.

Right, a lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their emotions, no offense. During the covid-outbreak, I needed a good boost to stay afloat, hence researched for advisors and thankfully came across one with grit. As of today, my portfolio has grown by 25% every quarter since Q3 2020.

These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $89k now to put in the market.

Home prices will come down eventually, but for now; its best to offset some of your real estate investments and get into the financial markets or gold. The new mortgage rates are crazy, add to that the recession and the fact that mortgage guidelines are getting more difficult. Home prices will need to fall by a minimum of 40% (more like 50%) before the market normalizes. If you are in cross roads or need sincere advise on the best moves to take now its best you seek an independent advisor who knows about the financial markets.

@@nayeon_twiceimnida1654 listen to your body over all things, how i got where i am is by trying and adjusting. Stick to what works for long times and then introduce new things (outside of obbvious poisons), then see how you feel one day one week etc after that, you gotta be very perspicacious to notice how it effects you. The reason i say animal based is cuz 99% of people's body will react similar. There are exceptions, which you have to determine yourself. For example i can eat rice without noticing any issues. Animal based is a Diet by Pauls Saladino which is not the same as Carnivoire, where you eat Meat, Dairy, Fruits, and Honey. Paul also says if you thrive on let's say bread (which he himself avoids as well as me) then you don't need to avoid it. What is avoided in animal based at all costs for everyone though is: seed oils also called "vegetable" oils (canola, sunflower etc) processed foods, chemical harmful things, all that is clearly harmful to everyone. Also preferably avoided are coffee, grains, vegetables, Seeds, Nuts and grass fed finished beef is preferred. The best thing is to go on his channel see what he is saying then trying what works for you. I personally for example can't stand dairy. At least not from cows

Sometimes, things do fix themselves, however expecting it and putting in zero effort is just unhealthy! Sets people up for failure!

I’m neither an employer nor an employee. I am retired. But, I still have Goals and Improvements to make in my Optimistic Life. And, now in remission for blood cancer, I can testify that Life does indeed Happen every day. Live an optimistic, great day today and work for it every day, and you will live a Great and Happy, Optimistic Life. An example to others. Remember!

If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life.>>

Real talk: Remember. I'm 31 and have an apartment that I really like. And I live on my own and have for years. I remember a time when I was way younger that this goal was so far away I didn't know it was possible. It's rare that I stop and smell the roses. Thank you for this reminder.
