slight correction with the timeline with some spoilers for base p5 and slightly royal, the story for tactica can only take place in the royal canon since in the original game, joker is arrested right after the original final boss and is released in February

4:13 I appreciate you mentioning this. This was the factor of me deciding if I was gonna get the game or not and didn’t see anyone else mention if it had exploration or not. The combat looked intriguing. But with no exploration to balance out the battles in between I don’t think I’ll enjoy the game as much unlike something like Mario + Rabbids.

I'm super excited for this - I've never played a Persona game before, but any Atlus strategy RPG is going to be amazing, and the bright vibrant colours and art style really make in stand out compared to XC2 and Fire Emblem.

​@@lkanetythey are not lying but here's a better reply. You absolutely need to experience everything the phantom thieves have gone through to get the maximum enjoyment out of this newest addition. So go play Persona 5 Royal, then Persona 5 Strikers, (watch the anime somewhere along the way) then jump into this. You'll be so much more committed and interested than if you casually start here There's a reason Atlus as milked P5 so darn much....we the fans are ravenous for Joker n Crew n Jazz. Start here and you're doing yourself a major disservice (and paying full price) - Nab P5 on gamepass then by the time you're ready this will be on discount or even on gamepass
