15. Top plates, prepping for rafters, and sheer walling.

Setting the top plates in place and installing the hardware for the roof rafters. It's going to be a tight race trying to beat the rain. Ideally, I'de like to cap and wrap my shop with paper before the rain starts. It's currently mid October and I still have to raise my roof rafters... As much as i want to do it myself, I might have to hire a team to give us the advantage. Thank you for tuning in!
