The reason why the owner isn't adding boros is because boros is supposed to be the final character boss an all that and because there will be so much diversity and different play styles with more characters and he wants each player to have a moveset that's for their playstyle and maybe another reason why is because he wants the strongest battlegrounds to be very similar to the anime

Idea the weakest dummy begins his training ark might mean he will become a idea for a boss like where he uses strongest hero my evidence is that now he had a tattered suit which saitama before he was one punch man was an ordinary dude until he trained really hard and apparently his limitar was somehow removed during this time becoming super strong. I think the first boss will be the dummy trying to get his revenge on the player

The reason we're not getting boros is cause when metal bat was about to drop people thought it was going to drop after cause the hero villain pattern with the characters people spread false information about it and the owner saw he got pissed so that's why we ain't getting boros its the best explanation I got from what I saw happen idk if you're going to see this cbrah but yea
