Fr I started w a Walmart board it was about 16 dollars on sale for 3 dollars but now I got a littel bit of a better board I was 11 when I started skateboarding

Honestly the 15$ boards likely have 7 or 8 ply’s instead of 5. I remember i use to keep the deck but replace the wheels & bearings with hand me downs my step brothers gave me. (Also the deck never broke in me as easily as my friends did) my step brothers never broke theirs either.

Had I known Walmart boards were garbage back when I was a kid I would still have my knee cap intact and probably would not have quit skating. Made the mistake of buying one of those boards for my first board and that was it. Got injured on my first day trying it.
