@dukeofglasgow935410 ай бұрын
@@carlybfilmclub5851actually the book's plot is not suitable for the film adaptation, just the group of people traveling east seek to find the lost lords. I like how they change the island's order so that they have a proper adventure to follow and the dark island becomes the last place before the Aslan's country. If it 100% follows the book I'd get bored.

I will never forget this movie. I had read the book when I was a child, but seeing this with my family in the cinema on Christmas Eve 2005 was by far the best cinema experience I’ve ever had. It probably always will be. In those days I suffered from depression and didn’t go out much. I remember getting all dressed up and wearing a mythical themed scarf for the occasion. To see the book brought to life like this was astounding. It was so hard to hold back the tears. A magical experience I will never forget.

@josephjoe418011 ай бұрын
Are you forgetting the Lord of The Rings trilogy, lol? Don't get me wrong, Narnia had some great music, but Lord of the Rings had the most varied and extensive soundtrack in cinematic history, and that's a fact. Many of Narnia's tunes seem taken right from the Lord of the Rings trilogy. That's not a bad thing, though. Narnia recaptured some of the Lord of the Ring's magic, and it's always great to hear more vocal tracks.
