This is going to be a very different livestream, but a very personal and important one for me. I've been trying to find the courage to talk about something that happened to me in 2009, which devastated my life. No one is ever truly 'ready', but recent events have given me the strength to finally do so.
Planning this has been tough because on the one hand, I don't want to sensationalize my experience, but at the same time, I need to give it the seriousness that it is. My hope is that sharing this will be the final step in my recovery and help others who may feel alone. Courage is contagious, and seeing it in others has brought me to this moment.

As a Male in his 40s I have found myself on the receiving end of abuse from a female. Whilst my situation is very different to yours, I am struggling to deal with it and have no one to talk to but hearing your story, hearing about your strength and courage gives me hope. Thank you for sharing your story Myles. Your empathy and integrity shines through.

Myles, as someone who’s been a follower of yours for many years, you’ve always struck me as someone with a near endless supply of kindness, compassion, empathy and patience. The way that you handled talking about this topic only adds to that impression for me. I remember when this all happened, as I was following both you and her (found separately from your mutual involvement, I just happened to be in both the photography and the KZbin online space at the time), and I remember thinking at the time that the whole thing seemed off, and I was sad to see so much unchecked hatred. I’m so sorry to hear of all you went through with this, but as weird as it is to say, stranger to stranger, I am so proud of you for being finally able to express your side of things, and to do so whilst maintaining that same integrity I’ve always associated with you. I truly hope that you can begin to move forward now Myles, and that you can do so without the burden of shame and guilt. 🖤

Dear miles, The man preaching empathy. You have come a very long way. You dont know me, but i want to tell you that i am proud of you. You are a genuine person and have a brilliant mind. Myles, take my huge support. Thanks for opening up, for explaining your feelings. I hope you'll feel better, and I'm sure after this live you have felt some liberation, some drop of the burden. Wish you meet more compassionate and empathetic people in real life, and be more open with them. Your actions (not only thoughts) are needed here, and we all have to struggle with our fears. Also I wish you to manage a great relationship with some pretty-souled girl ❤ Love, peace to all of us!

Before i was Hippy Pickle, I've been known to be a fiery man prone to fits of rage which I now know stems from the years of physical and mental abuse I received during my school life. I can still have my moments ofc but I do try to have more empathy and take great inspiration from you and your outlook on life. No one is ever truly alone, there's always someone who knows exactly how you feel and if by sharing ours stories can help just 1 other person then it's worth it. Never change Myles, we all care and the world can be such a better place if we all lead by your example. Peace and Love everyone ☮️❤️✌️

I do remember this. I remember messaging you about some of the photos she had posted. I think she had blocked you so you weren't aware of some of the photos involving you. You messaged me back and thanked me for letting you know. I am so sorry that it has affected you as much as this did. I always felt bad for you for her actions. I had no idea that so many were so negative towards you. I had things happen when I was younger that really affected me. It made it next to impossible to be with anyone. However, things did get better and I am now happily married to my best friend. Good for you for getting this out and hopefully this will help you heal. Leesa M.

Dude. I am so sorry you had to go thru this. Had a couple similar situations, maybe not as extreme but can definitely relate. One chick accused me of breaking her arm (was actually an accident after I'd tried to stop her drunkenly trashing the house one night) and got me arrested, till she rang up and admitted she lied and they let me out. Was sat in a a cell for like 3 hours. But like you said it's right that at least initially people are taken seriously when alleging abuse. Another situation, I had a crazy lady tell the Internet I was a bad man cos she was jealous I'd moved on. My rep in the community I was in tanked. Took a good while to get over it. You're clearly a conscientious guy, I hope you can get true closure now. You deserve to be happy and feel comfortable and have the confidence of your good intention. Also, fuxkin LOVED stickam!! Those were the wild west days of the Internet. It felt so punk. Lol

I'm so sorry you went through this, and that you felt so alone. I know we haven't been close in many years but I've always believed you to be a good man. As somebody that also struggles to trust my own judgement after past experiences, that's not something I've ever felt a need to question. I have a great deal of respect for you and for the strength it must have taken to tell your story.

The person who said "move on" clearly hasn't had to deal with something traumatic like this nor understands the long term impact it can have. I've been in a situation in the past where someone had fabricated stories about me; it's only because she had done this to multiple people that I wasn't left completely isolated. Turns out she was quite mentally unwell. I haven't seen her since and I never want to see her again but I do hope she got the help she needed. Thanks for sharing your story.

Thank you for the story. I can relate in the sense of having previously married someone with depression. I can relate to so much of this. The deception, the hurt, etc. Nothing I went through compares, but I very much can relate to the zombie phase of the mental damage I had gone through. Years just gone thinking you aren’t good enough, that you are terrible. I ended up in the same situation in the sense that I never felt anger towards her, just sadness, self loathing. I didn’t have the energy for anger and still don’t. Stay strong.

Oh Myles I'm so sorry this happened to you. I've been a supporter of yours since 2011 and I had no idea your poor soul was going through this heavy stuff. No one could ever understand completely what you went through but I can empathize and provide support and all the friendly love you need. You are smart. You are unique. And you are important. No innocent person deserves to go through something like that. I wish i couldve shielded you from such negativity, so your sweet soul would've been able to grow without hindrance. But this isn't a movie where everything is sunshine and rainbows, it's a cold hard book and character development is essential. The chapters keep being written but with that comes the tools we need to learn and grow. This is your healing chapter, Myles. I have faith in you to be able to move past this and get the love and life you deserve. We are our own worst critics.. So keep up your daily affirmations and keep up the vitimin g. Healing takes time and don't ever let someone rush your healing journey because of convenience. The right person will find you myles I just know it 💗

The best thing to do is have a better life moving forward as best you can. Don't spend more time thinking about time lost because while that is regrettable, that will only lose you more time. Stay away from the cam-girls, slow down and find someone that will appreciate your kindness, empathy, integrity and all the other qualities you aspire to be your true self and don't let your past ruin your future. Be well and do well

Lots of thoughts and empathy: Keep loving, keep sharing, keep growing, and you will continue making the world a better place. You’re never really alone even when you may feel it. We all have flaws and many suffer more than they deserve. Despite your flaws, you deserve better. I hope you continue healing, and find peace in your heart to forgive yourself and trust yourself again.

Hello Myles, I hope you are okay. I'm so sorry that you've been through so much trauma. I watched this live, it brought up a lot of emotions and I just made a quick comment. I wanted to say more because I've been following since 2009 and also read the flickr post. It was heartbreaking to see the post and some of the responses to it. I've never received that kind of abuse but unfortunately I can relate to finding cancel culture triggering. I always wanted you to know that I still support you, and believed her to be delusional. You have mentioned parts of this story over the years but I accepted that you weren't ready to talk about it publicly. I respect your choice to keep it private all these years and I respect your choice to tell it now. I think you did great. Hopefully you have found it positive to finally share.

Many, not most, go through, massive life changing challenges. Things that make them feel as though there life was wasted, for years or decades. Cancer. A loss of a child, disability due to an accident. Often they get to share this pain or are given compasion you haven't had this.... enough. Hopefully maybe you get this more from society. Just remember you have 30 more years of standard living then if your lucky another 30 of being an old fellow. There's still time to live.... the best you can manage. That's all we can do. Good luck. I believe you sharing will help others and yourself. 🤗😉

Thank you for opening your hart, you are so powerful and more strong than you think. In any way or form I found out we all are some in some way fucked up. Live scars you and you had a damn deep one. You are not flawed, you are hurt as the only crime you have done in this situation is being a decent human. I would love to see anger, no matter what her mental situation was you where a victim and you don't deserve that. Non of the men she ruined deserved that. I think it would be good if you bury her. Not literally but in your head so you can let her go. And no, what you feel is not in your DNA, it's in your head and you can kick it out of there. I know you feel sad for the time that has passed you missed out, trust me if I say I know that feeling too well but guess what, you have a future that is unwritten and you are amazing and can make that future great. It won't be easy but hardly anything worthwhile is. Will you cock up, sure but that is part of it. Don't be so hard on yourself.

A top watched movie in 45 countries at one point: Take Care of Maya is just one of millions of nightmares due to false allegations. This one is about the pervasive false accusations of Medical Abuse gifted to parents by ignorant and/or mentally disturbed physicians. Also, The Price of Care by abc10 free on utube is another documentary like this. Once you have been falsely accused of anything, it opens up an awareness of the agony and ramifications people suffer as a result. (Already addressed your story previously) 🧡

I remember a couple years later you made an off hand comment about how she was a proven liar and assumed it had all blown over. Had no idea you'd been holding all this in for 15 years. I've met some abusive women back in the day so I can understand this whole thing about feeling helpless and misunderstood and even attacked. Not on this level for myself personally but yes. A good way for me to move on from what happened to me was to think of the line 'You can't fix crazy'. You might think that you can help with kindness and that things will improve but I've found out that that wasn't really the case, sure people can grow and such but when it's about mental illness you can't talk someone out of it. It's there wheter you like it or not. The best thing is just to get away from a situation like this because it can damage you for life. 'If you stare into the abyss the abyss also stares into you' kinda situation. I managed to get to a better place when I stayed away from those kind of problematic and broken women. You just got to learn how to spot that type of mental illness and stay away from it. you can't take the whole world on your shoulders. Stay strong man
